Graduate Account Executive Responsibilities:
  • Recruit Shippers onto the program and achieve sales and volume goals with best-in-class service.

Job Description

The Account Executive, Agency Holding Companies, will help support the teams existing agency team/relationships, with specific responsibility for developing and driving PubMatic PMP adoption across Publicis agency group.

They will develop a deep understanding of the product, inventory and audiences available across PubMatic’s publisher and data partner portfolio in order to provide proactive and reactive support to our agency team.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and utilizing relationships within the agency to understand and drive PMP adoption
  • Receiving, understanding, and reacting to ‘deal’ briefs from buyers – developing and building packages* that meet their requirements
  • Communicate the PMP needs and asks to Ad Solutions, Client services, and publisher teams
  • Working with product marketing to develop proactive promotion of either a targeted or broad range of packages
  • Working with the Ad Operations/Deal Desk to develop an understanding of best practices in order to refine the future offering

In order to be successful the Account Executive, Agency Holding Companies, will need to work closely with the following key stakeholders:

  • The EMEA Customer Success team – to gain a deep understanding of our publisher portfolio across the region, ensuring that the most relevant inventory is packaged and promoted to internal and external customers

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years in a sales planning, trading, investment role at a tier 1 publisher or advertising agency
  • Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem
  • Strong relationships across Publicis agency group
  • Experience directly supporting either supply or demand side clients (including publishers, agencies, brands direct, DSP's) as well as internal teams covering Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, and Customer Success

The Role

The Account Executive is an integral role within the team, supporting in the development and delivery of Global campaign assets. You will support day-to-day work helping to manage expectations, deliver projects against timelines, communicate effectively and support the Account Manager/Senior Account Manager in delivery of their work within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a “go-to-person” for your business area and taking ownership for identified projects, acting as an advisor on all areas of workflow that relate to the projects you are responsible for.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with your Client & key internal and external stakeholders, representing the Client’s views throughout the life cycle of a project but should also be happy to challenge convention as and when necessary
  • Become an owner of internal processes, work closely with the other internal agency teams: Creative, Studio, Finance and Production/Project Management etc. to ensure the smooth flow of work and delivery of assets
  • Ensure the Client understands agreed workflows, manage them through from strategy to delivery of the campaign
  • Establish an excellent “eye” for creative output and accuracy of information - recognising when work is correct and when it needs revisions
  • Partner with the production team to ensure our internal processes are followed correctly and that delivery expectations are met
  • In addition to briefing in Client revisions whilst keeping Producers informed of any changes or updates (where relevant)
  • Responsible for communicating project status to the Client in addition to gaining approval on estimates
  • Attend all internal meetings as the project progresses, providing any relevant updates
  • Be responsible for ensuring that everything has been actioned from the brief before presentation to the Client
  • Be responsible for writing all necessary Studio/Creative Development briefs

Person Specification

  • Some work experience or internships in an advertising agency, digital agency or similar
  • Interest working on automotive and premium brands
  • Basic understanding of integrated marketing
  • Basic understanding of the creative, artwork and delivery processes either offline or online
  • Able to multi-task across numerous projects
  • Numerate with a good understanding of financial management and profitability
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient written communication skills
  • Good administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Confident presenter with experience in working on/supporting presentations
  • Passionate about getting others involved and having fun along the way
