Dein Arbeitsfeld

  • Deine Hauptaufgabe ist der Ausbau und die Pflege bestehender Kundenkontakte(ca. 30 Key Accounts) sowie die Akquise neuer Kunden in der Region Mitte oder Westösterreich.
  • Du betreust industrielle Endkunden aus unterschiedlichen Segmenten, d.h. im Detail durch Bedarfsanalysen, technische und kommerzielle Machbarkeitsberatung, Vertragsverhandlung bis hin zum Abschluss des Auftrages.
  • Du setzt Aktionspläne zur Erweiterung unserer Marktanteile mit einem engagierten Team um und sicherst unsere Profitabilität.
  • Du beobachtest Markttrends und die Aktivitäten unserer Mitbewerber, um daraus Empfehlungen für unsere Verkaufsstrategie zu entwickeln.

Dein Profil

  • Du bist ein Absolvent/in einer HTL oder hast einen Abschluss in Elektrotechnik (Bachelor, Master) im Schwerpunk Energietechnik oder Automatisierungstechnik, vorzugsweise mit praxiserprobten, guten technischen Kenntnissen und vor allem vertrieblicher Erfahrung.
  • Im Sales bist Du mit allen Wassern gewaschen: Du bringst Vertriebserfahrung und ein starkes Kundennetzwerk - idealerweise im End User-Umfeld – mit und weißt, wie Du Deine Kunden für das Thema Digitalisierung & Effizienz (Smart Grid) begeistern kannst.
  • Kommunikation ist Deine Stärke: Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gutes Englischmachen Dich zu einem verhandlungsstarken Gesprächspartner (m/w/d).
  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer (m/w/d) mit überzeugendem Auftreten, der unternehmensintern gut vernetzt ist und gern mit anderen Abteilungen wie Projektmanagement und Pre-Sales zusammenarbeitet.
  • Du hast Freude daran, mit unseren Kunden strategisch zu arbeiten und gemeinsam nachhaltige Lösungen zu finden.

Für diese Position liegt der Gehaltsrahmen über dem Kollektivvertrag und beträgt in Abhängigkeit von Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ab 65.000 Euro brutto jährlich.

Position Responsibilities
  • Actively manage and grow accounts in a large, pre-existing customer base as a sales account manager.

  • Visit customers to understand their sales needs, provide real, practical solutions and deliver exceptional support.
  • Use your outside sales experience to prospect and develop new, exciting business relationships.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are a must.
