We are offering the opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our friendly, supportive and pro active service. The ideal candidate would be able to use their initiative, be flexible and willing to suggest improvements and new ideas to support the administrative processes within the service. The Emotional Health and Wellbeing Service is 3 years old and continues to grow with more than 40 team members working across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Therefore excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and work with other people is vital.
The role will mainly be supporting the Emotional Health and Wellbeing Practitioner Team (EHWP) and the Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner Team.(CWP). The EHWP Team run a duty line where Practitioners provide signposting and guidance to professionals who have a concern about a child’s emotional wellbeing. The EHWP Team will require the administrator to respond to email requests for appointments for duty conversations, booking these into the duty calendar ensuring that the appropriate paperwork is available and databases are updated. The administrator will be required to juggle different parts of the process at the same time. As well as the normal administrative duties there is an expectation that the administrator will manage a booking system offering training places to professionals, maintaining records of attendees and responding to queries.
The CWP Team will routinely require the administrator to format and send letters and resources and liaise with parents via email when arranging appointments. Both Teams use Systmone for recording on child health records.
The working base for the role is yet to be decided but there are offices in Huntingdon, Cambridge and Peterborough. Some home working will be expected in response to the pandemic and government guidelines. The necessary IT equipment will be provided to support this.
There will be an administrative practical test 10th and 11th of March. Only need to attend one date. These will be in person observing Covid19 regulations.

We are offering the opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our friendly, supportive and pro active service. The ideal candidate would be able to use their initiative, be flexible and willing to suggest improvements and new ideas to support the administrative processes within the service. The Emotional Health and Wellbeing Service is 3 years old and continues to grow with more than 40 team members working across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Therefore excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and work with other people is vital.
The role will mainly be supporting the Emotional Health and Wellbeing Practitioner Team (EHWP) and the Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner Team.(CWP). The EHWP Team run a duty line where Practitioners provide signposting and guidance to professionals who have a concern about a child’s emotional wellbeing. The EHWP Team will require the administrator to respond to email requests for appointments for duty conversations, booking these into the duty calendar ensuring that the appropriate paperwork is available and databases are updated. The administrator will be required to juggle different parts of the process at the same time. As well as the normal administrative duties there is an expectation that the administrator will manage a booking system offering training places to professionals, maintaining records of attendees and responding to queries.
The CWP Team will routinely require the administrator to format and send letters and resources and liaise with parents via email when arranging appointments. Both Teams use Systmone for recording on child health records.
The working base for the role is yet to be decided but there are offices in Huntingdon, Cambridge and Peterborough. Some home working will be expected in response to the pandemic and government guidelines. The necessary IT equipment will be provided to support this.
There will be an administrative practical test 10th and 11th of March. Only need to attend one date. These will be in person observing Covid19 regulations.
Interviews will follow on 23rd and 24th March via Microsoft Teams.

This payment will be deducted from their first month’s salary unless a longer pay back period is agreed with the appointing manager.This will not apply to successful applicants who are registered with the DBS Update Service and in possession of the disclosure certificate, for whom an online status check will be undertaken.
