JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead Business Analyst, Lead to Cash  will be responsible for the design, configuration, delivery and support of solutions using the following tools: SAP S/4 HANA SD Modules integrated with CRM system, Hybris Commerce and payment capture and processing applications including Paymetric, Paypal and Financing options. The role will be responsible for continuously improving the processes related to Order to Cash and integration of payment options for physical, digital and subscription sales. The incumbent will interact cross functionally with: Sales, Finance, Cloud and Software teams. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead blueprinting and requirement gathering phases to elicit and document business and technical requirements;
  • Design solutions that drive system transaction processes of customer creation, sales, billing, payment and settlement processing for digital goods, physical goods and services; 
  • Lead the design and configuration of functionality in S/4 for projects within the Lead to Cash end to end sales and return processes
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in S/4
  • Continuous review of existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation;
  • Engage business partners in evaluating opportunities for both process and system improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to build solutions improving the Lead to Cash processes in accordance with business requirements; 
  • Work closely with architects/analysts to ensure process consistency across processes and systems;
  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for SAP enhancements and planning related to Lead to Cash and Royalty processes;
  • Serve as SME lead in creation of test scripts, functional testing, and documentation of test results;
  • Provide training to business users as needed to enable self sufficiency;
  • Work with internal & external audit team as needed;
  • Identify reporting needs and design reports using standard functionality and enhancements with SAP and other reporting tools; 
  • Identify service and methodology shortcomings; identify tools and; 
  • Best practices to correct or improve upon those issues and help implement and communicate those throughout our work.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

As our Lead,  Business Analyst, you will report to our Sr. Manager, Business Technology, Lead to Cash.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of SAP SD (including S4) experience with integration of credit card payment processing and external CRM systems
  • Experience in solution design and configuration of SAP in SD;
  • Experience with customer master, sales BOM, pricing, discounts, charge-backs, rebates, commissions and royalties
  • MS Excel advanced level proficiency;
  • Semiconductor/Telecom industry knowledge is a plus;
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting closely-spaced, ambitious timelines;
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to collaborate with a team of analysts and developers in various geographies;
  • Knowledge of security role design in SD/Billing;
  • Knowledge of month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes
  • Expert level experience in Billing and SD business processes

SUMMARY
Enrollment Analyst is responsible for timely processing and enrollment of customer contracts received. Using analytical and problem solving skills the Enrollment Analyst will also address data related issues that impact cross-functional departments. It is important to remain knowledgeable of sales-related processes, policies, and systems, as well as of adherence to regional utility, state and ISO operating rules. This position supports the Customer Care, Collections, Sales and Retention organizations and works closely with the utilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Ensure agreements are executed according to company policies
•Perform credit checks using available credit bureau resources
•Ensure data accuracy/validity in Enrollment Database
•Submit new enrollment and de-enrollment requests
•Reconcile and correct enrollment related rejections and submit appropriate transactions to ensure account enrollment or de-enrollment in database.
•Work with Quality Assurance department to ensure that all accounts are entered and processed
•Review alerts to analyze and submit appropriate transactions for rejected enroll/ or de-enrollment transactions
•Manage daily ad hoc requests from sales, retention, collections and customer care departments for enrollment/de-enrollment and disconnect/reconnect issues
•Ensure any known internal control problems/issues are identified and communicated on a timely basis to immediate supervisor
•Handling questions, issues and providing detailed information on requirements, processes, and policies.
•Manage and handle escalations in the contracting process appropriately
•Implement monitoring and control processes to reduce enrollment failures, dropped accounts, and minimize negative financial impact
•Maintain knowledge on products, contract terms and conditions, risk policy and internal processes
QUALIFICATIONS

• Employ a variety of approaches to collecting and documenting business, functional and user requirements such as leading workshops, writing use cases, creating context diagrams, performing stakeholder analysis, etc
• Design and implement Salesforce-based solutions to meet or exceed business requirements, adhering to best practices and solutions design standards, with an emphasis on maximizing out-of-the-box solutions
• Collaborate regularly with other Business Systems Analysts and Application Solution Consultants on cross-functional requests and solutions
• Collaborate regularly with Technical leads, Salesforce developers, and integration developers on functional requirements to implement custom extensions or application integrations to satisfy business requirements when needed
• Support Project Managers planning, execution and management of project deliverables and risks
• Work closely with QA analysts and may perform functional, regression, unit, functional and user acceptance testing
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis
• 3+ years of global Customer Support experience, including multi-channel contact center, case management, workflow, knowledge management, online self-service, communities, collaboration, reporting and analysis, IVR and CTI, in a Cloud solution environment
• 3+ years of Salesforce.com experience including Service Cloud and Community Cloud
• Salesforce Admin certification required
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, best practices and limitations and the ability to clearly communicate those to key stakeholders
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM tool is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead Business Analyst, Lead to Cash  will be responsible for the design, configuration, delivery and support of solutions using the following tools: SAP S/4 HANA SD Modules integrated with CRM system, Hybris Commerce and payment capture and processing applications including Paymetric, Paypal and Financing options. The role will be responsible for continuously improving the processes related to Order to Cash and integration of payment options for physical, digital and subscription sales. The incumbent will interact cross functionally with: Sales, Finance, Cloud and Software teams. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead blueprinting and requirement gathering phases to elicit and document business and technical requirements;
  • Design solutions that drive system transaction processes of customer creation, sales, billing, payment and settlement processing for digital goods, physical goods and services; 
  • Lead the design and configuration of functionality in S/4 for projects within the Lead to Cash end to end sales and return processes
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in S/4
  • Continuous review of existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation;
  • Engage business partners in evaluating opportunities for both process and system improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to build solutions improving the Lead to Cash processes in accordance with business requirements; 
  • Work closely with architects/analysts to ensure process consistency across processes and systems;
  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for SAP enhancements and planning related to Lead to Cash and Royalty processes;
  • Serve as SME lead in creation of test scripts, functional testing, and documentation of test results;
  • Provide training to business users as needed to enable self sufficiency;
  • Work with internal & external audit team as needed;
  • Identify reporting needs and design reports using standard functionality and enhancements with SAP and other reporting tools; 
  • Identify service and methodology shortcomings; identify tools and; 
  • Best practices to correct or improve upon those issues and help implement and communicate those throughout our work.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

As our Lead,  Business Analyst, you will report to our Sr. Manager, Business Technology, Lead to Cash.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of SAP SD (including S4) experience with integration of credit card payment processing and external CRM systems
  • Experience in solution design and configuration of SAP in SD;
  • Experience with customer master, sales BOM, pricing, discounts, charge-backs, rebates, commissions and royalties
  • MS Excel advanced level proficiency;
  • Semiconductor/Telecom industry knowledge is a plus;
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting closely-spaced, ambitious timelines;
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to collaborate with a team of analysts and developers in various geographies;
  • Knowledge of security role design in SD/Billing;
  • Knowledge of month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes
  • Expert level experience in Billing and SD business processes
  • Experience with SAP intercompany processing and Third Party Shipping processing.
  • Experience with EDI, IDOC, and PI 
  • Experience using LSMW, SAP Query

EDUCATION

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Science or related field
