Qualifications

Education/Experience:

The Financial (Pricing) Analyst analyzes and forecasts financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions. This Financial Analyst work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. Responsibilities
The Financial Analyst 2 collects, compiles, verifies, and analyzes financial information so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational decisions on pricing for third party mail order pharmacy clients. This person will work with Finance and Analytics to gather and interpret financial information for new, existing and proposed pharmacy clients.
+ Analyzes the financial implications of bid pricing and provides financial proposals so that senior managers can evaluate pricing against the organization's business objectives.
+ Evaluates industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast Humana Pharmacy's short, medium, and long-term financial and competitive position.
+ Managing financial components of third party clients - determine bid pricing, create financial proposals, etc.
+ May involve financial modeling, reporting and budgeting as well.
+ On an on-going basis, this roll conducts pricing analytics to ascertain profitability and track alignment with organizational targets and standards.
+ Provides pricing data to internal stakeholders and to sales team for assistance needed in pending client transactions to secure current and future business opportunities.

Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree ideally in finance, accounting or similar field
+ 3 - 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role within the healthcare industry
+ Experience with a relational database (Access, Oracle or other)
+ Intermediate or advanced level user with Microsoft Excel
+ Proficient in manipulating financial data for analysis and reporting
+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Role Summary:
This position will serve as the primary architect for the SAP Production Planning & Execution functionality in SAP S/4 HANA as well as SAP Analytics Cloud. The resource will need to support both Production incidents or service requests as well as new SDLC configuration/ development.
