While reporting to the Engineering Team Lead you will design, develop, and commercialize packaging solutions to address our customers’ unique requirements and challenges.  In most cases the customers will include pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, clinical trials, diagnostics, and other life science based industries.  Other projects will include but are not limited to the development of our pre-qualified product lines and production based improvement initiatives.  As project engineer your role is more tactical (development of product) than strategic, however you will also be strategic in long term goals for the customer, company, and products developed.

What you'll be doing:

  • You will Interpret the customers goals and challenges into product and/or solution requirements
  • You will create visual presentations of designs and concepts using CAD and PowerPoint for internal and external review. Working from instructions, protocols, drawings, proposals, specifications and other important information
  • You will oversee and manage projects, samples, pricing and reports, providing regular status updates on timelines and deliverables.
  • You will prepare specifications and documents in accordance with requirements, including metrics on performance, efficiency and cost saving initiatives.
  • You will communicate with new and existing customers to provide information on products and solutions, resolve problems, and for technical support. You must be able to speak effectively with customers, and before groups of people.
  • You will communicate with all areas of the company.  The ability to communicate with both internal and external partners to bring products to fruition is essential. You will work closely with sales, marketing and operations teams.

This position is located in Montgomeryville, PA., with some travel (10%).

Graphic Designer

Description

While reporting to the Engineering Team Lead you will design, develop, and commercialize packaging solutions to address our customers’ unique requirements and challenges.  In most cases the customers will include pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, clinical trials, diagnostics, and other life science based industries.  Other projects will include but are not limited to the development of our pre-qualified product lines and production based improvement initiatives.  As project engineer your role is more tactical (development of product) than strategic, however you will also be strategic in long term goals for the customer, company, and products developed.

What you'll be doing:

  • You will Interpret the customers goals and challenges into product and/or solution requirements
  • You will create visual presentations of designs and concepts using CAD and PowerPoint for internal and external review. Working from instructions, protocols, drawings, proposals, specifications and other important information
  • You will oversee and manage projects, samples, pricing and reports, providing regular status updates on timelines and deliverables.
  • You will prepare specifications and documents in accordance with requirements, including metrics on performance, efficiency and cost saving initiatives.
  • You will communicate with new and existing customers to provide information on products and solutions, resolve problems, and for technical support. You must be able to speak effectively with customers, and before groups of people.
  • You will communicate with all areas of the company.  The ability to communicate with both internal and external partners to bring products to fruition is essential. You will work closely with sales, marketing and operations teams.

This position is located in Montgomeryville, PA., with some travel (10%).

We'd love to hear from you if:

  • You have a BS in Packaging, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable degree
  • You have 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry
  • You have cold chain experience - highly preferred
  • You have strong SolidWorks knowledge and Project Management experience
  • You have the ability to work in a high-speed, deadline oriented environment, and the ability to work individually or as part of a team
