For files, we use a combination of AWS and hard drives. Our data is stored in MS SQL databases.

The Tier 1 Support Developer will schedule appointments with clients to research more challenging cases. This is a client-focused position with the overall goal of satisfying client questions and escalating more complex issues properly.
