Job Summary
The Manager of Sales Planning and Category Management is responsible for bringing Nutraceutical Marketing initiatives with designated brands to life through flawless execution with retail customers through close, day to day collaboration with Brand and channel sales teams. Additionally, the Manager of Sales Planning and Category Management will be responsible for engaging with brand teams to develop all sales materials and collateral information, and may include customer presentations and selling sheets, category and brand insights and selling stories, brand priorities by channel and key customer, and retailer recommendations with regard to pricing, promotion, assortment and shelf placement.
We are looking to hire 2 individuals for this position. One over Health Food Stores (HFS) and one over Omni-Channel Brands.

The Director of Residential Sales leads a sales organization dedicated to delivering residential market share growth of Point Broadband Internet and Voice for Point Broadband’s Divisions. This position directly manages Area Sales Managers/Representatives, including but not limited to, all territory based door to door sales professionals, inbound and outbound sales teams, and contractors operating in geographic territories. This position is also dedicated to delivering superior customer experiences, ensuring an excellent working environment, maintaining staffing levels, and motivating the team. Proactively identifies opportunities to improve overall performance and acts quickly to implement effective action plans.
