TheDirector, Operational Excellencewill be responsible for deployment, facilitation, training, and driving business results through the Rheem Production System (RPS) continuous improvement methods for the Global Air Business. Manage Air RPS continuous improvement projects as well as follow-up to ensure progress, continuity, and sustainability of the continuous improvement efforts. Lead and implement vision for RPS future state for the Air Business.
This position will serve our Air Division, located inFort Smith, Arkansas.
