The Executive Assistant will support the Senior Vice Chancellor for Business and Operations at the University of Pittsburgh. The Executive Assistant is responsible for independently and strategically managing the dynamic activities of the Senior Vice Chancellor and all related actions. The Executive Assistant will act as the initial point of contact for all inquiries, managing correspondence and projects, coordinating and scheduling meetings, creating/gathering preparatory materials for all meetings, and supporting the SVC’s work on University committees. This position requires an individual with initiative to lead projects and to build relationships across campus at all levels.
The incumbent must be detail oriented, possess excellent oral and written communications skills, be approachable, resourceful, professional, and discrete. In addition, successful candidates must have superb organizational and problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. Incumbent is expected to work independently, consistently, and efficiently within the prescribed University of Pittsburgh and Office of the Senior Vice Chancellor for Business and Operations policies and procedures. The actions taken by this individual will reflect directly on the Senior Vice Chancellor and the image of the Office. Incumbent must maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all aspects of the position.
6-8 years experience preferred which includes managing complex calendars, preferably supporting an executive level position. Relevant experience may be substituted for degree.
Position Overview:
The Sales Assistant provides support to CrossCountry Mortgage, Inc.’s (“CCM”) mortgage loan officers in their daily duties to increase loan production levels. The Sales Assistant works directly with CCM customers, loan officers, and processors to ensure a positive customer experience and facilitate timely loan closings.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in reviewing mortgage loan application and documentation, which may include phone and computer work, printing, copying, scanning, emailing, overnighting documents, etc.
· Review mortgage loan disclosure packages and deliver them to the borrower
· Create rate disclosure and re-disclosure packages and deliver them to the borrower
· Review documents and entire loan files and work to prevent problems by highlighting deficiencies and then notifying the mortgage loan officer and/or loan processor
· Clarify/correct information and obtain additional information, as necessary, via phone, email, etc.
· General clerical and phone support to loan officers and/or loan processors, as needed
· Work with management to provide support in various stages and areas of lending and processing as needed

Manages all clerical tasks necessary to facilitate timely loan closings. Working as a team with other Mortgage Loan Officer(s) and Loan Officer Assistant(s), Processor(s) to gather information required to finish conditional approvals from Underwriting. Extensive contact with customers and the public both in person and on the telephone.
Will need someone who is able to talk to clients and work on:
* Encompass Experience Required* - Loan Officer Experience or Multiple Years of being a Loan Officer Assistant that works on UW conditions is Required.
Commission is uncapped. This Loan Officer (Assistant) position guarantees multiple closings per month and is not commission only. This position is a great fit for someone that enjoys being a Loan Officer and understands basic lending guidelines and how to close loans as a team but does not like the stress of selling clients.
Busy MWC/Edmond GI office is seeking an experienced, dependable Registered Medical Assistant/LPN with the ability to assist physician in providing treatments and exams, administer prescribed medications, operate medical equipment and give instructions regarding diagnostic procedures.
