A thorough knowledge of the window walls, door and window industry, along with sales experience in developing a rep network along with direct sales. A self-starter and hands on manager required with strong communication skills. Candidate should have experience in both impact and non-impact products, with preferred experience with national manufacturer.
Job responsibilities include soliciting and creating a preferred dealer network of glazing contractors for the SUN products throughout the U.S. and Caribbean. This involves strong interpersonal skills and sales ability to both tele-market as well face to face contacts. This also involves participation / management of some production managers estimating and engineering. Reports to owner / President. In addition to some direct selling, will oversee product pricing, product development, market strategy, sales strategies etc. The position is based in Tampa, Florida.
A college degree preferred and a technical aptitude required.
