Responsible for administering, processing, and auditing benefit enrollment forms, materials, and correspondence. Participates in special projects. Serves as a resource to employees and managers. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with St. Luke's mission and values.

 

Principle Accountabilities: % Of Time Spent

 

1. Processes benefit enrollment forms (45%)

- Process benefit enrollment forms for medical, dental, vision, supplemental life, LTD, flexible spending, and voluntary benefit programs.

- Verify eligibility and appropriate documentation is provided when necessary and follow up with employee when forms or documentation is incomplete.

- Process benefit enrollment forms during open enrollment.

- Process benefit enrollment into appropriate systems, including new elections, changes, and terminations for covered dependents.

 

2. Communicate benefit plans to employees (20%)

- Present new employee benefits presentation at the house-wide employee orientation.

- Act as liaison for employee with benefit questions or issues. Refer employee, when appropriate, to insurance company, third party administrator, or other appropriate resource.

 

3. Processes all terminations of benefit coverage (10%)

- Process terminations into appropriate systems

- Send continuation of coverage

 

4. Correspond with employees regarding benefits (10%)

- Send letters to employees notifying them of benefit eligibility

- Send letters to employees notifying them of their continuation options

 

5. Process continuation payments (10%)

- Process continuation payments in a timely manner

- Follow up on past due payments

- Terminate continuation coverage in a timely manner

 

6. Process benefit enrollment verifications / enrollments for Missouri Department of Social Services Child Support Orders (3%)

 

7. Performs other work duties as assigned (2%)

High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance or related field preferred.


Minimum of one-year human resources or benefits experience required, preferably in healthcare. Must exhibit customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction through professionalism, timeliness, and accuracy, exhibit professional and courteous verbal and written communication skills to facilitate day-to-day job responsibilities, the ability to establish and meet deadlines, the ability to maintain confidential information, and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy with all aspects of job responsibilities. Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements:

  • State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date.

Additional Licensing:

The Role

The Senior Lead IT Systems Engineer - Security role will be responsible for working with peers and product teams to design, develop, and maintain managed security products.
They should be accomplished at automation, architecture, group dynamics, leadership, and mentoring and possess expert knowledge across several security domains. They should be capable of leading any implementation effort for the team. The team members should see them as an expert in nearly every facet of the products they will support. The Main Responsibilities

Exercises latitude to translate the needs of the business from system capabilities into the form of system requirements. Understand and support major projects with the ability and expertise to develop an overall solution and review or guide architecture direction. Perform research and development activities of significance to support future IT business strategies.

 

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree or related experience
  • 10+ years related experience with a managed security services or Internet security services organization

Must have demonstrated expertise related to some of the following:

  • Cisco ASA and FTD Firewalls, including client-based VPN configuration and troubleshooting
  • Check Point Firewall and Multi-Domain management platforms
  • Cisco and Snort-based IPS technologies
  • Imperva Web Application Firewalls
  • Palo Alto Networks Firewalls and Panorama management platforms
  • Tripwire
  • Trend Micro Deep Security
  • SIEM tools

Desired Skills :

  • Strong knowledge of Unix-based operating systems (Linux, Solaris). Experience with virtualization technologies (VMWare, Red Hat OpenStack)
  • Expert level knowledge of IP networking and protocols.  Extensive experience troubleshooting IP networks.  Experience with Ipv6
  • Programming/scripting abilities in Perl, Unix/Linux shell, PHP, Python, Java or similar programming languages

This is a flexible position meaning that drivers will be shifted to where demand for the trucks is. C.R. England is hiring dedicated CDL A Drivers for Dollar General. Dedicated CDL Drivers - This is a great paying position available with extended home time option. This is a flexible position meaning that drivers will be shifted to where demand for the trucks is. Drivers at Dry locations will average three-five loads per week depending on location, with an average of two to four stops per load. Drivers at Fresh locations will average one-three loads per week depending on location, with an average of ten to fifteen stops per load. Average miles per week is 1500. Trailers are loaded on roller carts, U-boat carts.

Description

Responsible for administering, processing, and auditing benefit enrollment forms, materials, and correspondence. Participates in special projects. Serves as a resource to employees and managers. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with St. Luke's mission and values.

 

Principle Accountabilities: % Of Time Spent

 

1. Processes benefit enrollment forms (45%)

- Process benefit enrollment forms for medical, dental, vision, supplemental life, LTD, flexible spending, and voluntary benefit programs.

- Verify eligibility and appropriate documentation is provided when necessary and follow up with employee when forms or documentation is incomplete.

- Process benefit enrollment forms during open enrollment.

- Process benefit enrollment into appropriate systems, including new elections, changes, and terminations for covered dependents.

 

2. Communicate benefit plans to employees (20%)

- Present new employee benefits presentation at the house-wide employee orientation.

- Act as liaison for employee with benefit questions or issues. Refer employee, when appropriate, to insurance company, third party administrator, or other appropriate resource.

 

3. Processes all terminations of benefit coverage (10%)

- Process terminations into appropriate systems

- Send continuation of coverage

 

4. Correspond with employees regarding benefits (10%)

- Send letters to employees notifying them of benefit eligibility

- Send letters to employees notifying them of their continuation options

 

5. Process continuation payments (10%)

- Process continuation payments in a timely manner

- Follow up on past due payments

- Terminate continuation coverage in a timely manner

 

6. Process benefit enrollment verifications / enrollments for Missouri Department of Social Services Child Support Orders (3%)

 

7. Performs other work duties as assigned (2%)

High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance or related field preferred.



Minimum of one-year human resources or benefits experience required, preferably in healthcare. Must exhibit customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction through professionalism, timeliness, and accuracy, exhibit professional and courteous verbal and written communication skills to facilitate day-to-day job responsibilities, the ability to establish and meet deadlines, the ability to maintain confidential information, and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy with all aspects of job responsibilities. Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
