How will you support the team?
•Provide business application support by tracking and resolving inquiries and issues.
•Communicate known issues and system down time to user community.
•Evaluate user requirements for changes or enhancements to existing business systems and provide specifications and documentation.
•Work with application vendors as required to support users and investigate functional enhancement opportunities.
•Validate periodic system updates and communicate update schedules to user community.
•Maintain technical documentation of system processes and data flow.
•Assist with the creation and maintenance of procedures, workflows and SOP documents.
•Administer/moderate and contribute to end user knowledgebase for business systems and related projects.
