Overview

Provides mechanical drafting and CAD support as part of the Wynright Integrator Sales / Applications Engineering group.

Responsibilities

  • Provides drafting and CAD support, including 2D and some 3D modeling and detailing
  • Generates and Modifies CAD drawings with guidance from Senior Level Engineering
  • Supports the Engineering team by reviewing, editing, correcting CAD and other documents as required
  • Develops and modifies Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Revises drawings to conform to change orders
  • Cooridinates the Engineering Change Order Process and communicates with other departments as required to implement changes.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree in Drafting preferred.
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of disciplines (electrical, mechanical, installers, etc.) with various methods (telephone, email, written instructions, Skype, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Solidworks and MS Office
  • Ability to use AutoCAD, Solidworks or similar CAD applications to model complex designs and generate drawings as needed
  • Ability to draft conveyor-related products from parts to sub-assembly to top-level assembly
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Team-oriented and collaborative
  • Ability to learn new skills and technologies
