Softwareone AG (swo) and RIB software SE will jointly launch a pioneer project which will offer a world leading vertical cloud solution for the architecture, engineering and construction sector by introducing and scaling the RIB MTWO cloud solution to 60 countries by the end of 2023.

Provide IT support within agreed SLAs to AVEVA offices in Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Mexico) to maintain and develop the efficient and effective operation of the IT and communications systems to meet business requirements.
• Helpdesk and Local Support:
- Ensure that locally and remote support tickets are being handled based upon priorities and agreed SLA’s and ensure that effective and appropriate level of support is provided to the AVEVA user base.
- Provide feedback on resolution of tickets and provide appropriate suggestions if improvements to existing processes are required.
- As an escalation point for incidents and requests that cannot be handled by standard or agreed processes.
- Prioritisation of workloads in high pressure environments.
- Systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving with good attention to detail.
- Aid in cost control and providing feedback on budget execution plans.
- Always approach each Service Request with an effective resolution that includes both technical and cost elements baked in.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
• Experienced in working as a member of an IT team and working together despite the disparate locations and cultures.
• Being able to recommend new ways of working (not necessarily related to a technical solution only) or processes to improve on the effectiveness of the local/global IT Team.
• Good in communication and able to translate ideas and technical processes into easily consumable action points for the AVEVA user base as and when appropriate.
The AVEVA technical strategy is for a Microsoft first approach supplemented by applications from other vendors to meet specific business needs. We expect the job holder to Be strong in certain IT technical foundations and have a deep understanding on how these various technologies work and inter-relate:
o Desktop, Laptops Hardware
o Windows OS (client)
o Office 365
o Collaboration Tools: SfB, Teams.
o Printers (print server & devices)
o Active Directory administration
o BitLocker encryption
o IT Security fundamentals
o In-depth exposure to various IT hardware including communications and AV equipment
The following are examples of technologies/certifications that would be advantageous to the background of the applicant:
o Operating system – Windows clients OS, Mac OS would be an advantage.

SUMMARY: The Administrator directs the day to day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern nursing facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s programs and activities in accordance with guidelines issued by the governing board.
Assist department directors in the development, use, and implementation of departmental policies and procedures and professional standards of practice.
Ensure that all employees, residents, visitors, and the general public follow the facility’s established policies and procedures.
Conduct daily meetings with appropriate staff during facility inspections to discuss survey findings and formulation of plans of action/correction.
Assist in developing plans of correction for cited deficiencies. Ensure such plans incorporate timetables and methods of monitoring to ensure that such deficiencies do not recur.
Assist in recruitment and selection of competent department directors, supervisors, facility non-licensed staff, consultants, etc.
Counsel/discipline personnel as requested or as may become necessary.
Consult with department directors concerning the operation of their departments to assist in eliminating/correcting problem areas, and/or improvement of services.
Assist department directors in the topic selection, planning, conducting, and scheduling of in-service training classes and on-the-job training and orientation programs to assure that current material and programs are continuously provided.
Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the facility.
Ensure that physicians are in compliance with facility policies governing the admission, medical treatment, visit requirements, plan of care, orders, etc.
Review and interpret monthly financial statements and provide such information to the governing board.
Ensure that the resident’s rights to fair and equitable treatment, self-determination, individuality, privacy, property and civil rights, including the right to wage complaints, are well established and maintained at all times.
Review resident complaints and grievances and make written reports of action taken. Discuss such actions with resident and family as appropriate.
