We are currently looking for an Insurance Claims Analyst who will fit right in and add value to our Risk and Assurance team. We're bold, ambitious and proud to admit it and there's no better time to join Beyond Housing. We have gone through a significant period of growth and change and we're looking for someone as brilliant as you to support the delivery of our services.
As a Claims Analyst you will work with a high degree of autonomy to manage your own caseload of liability, property, disrepair and motor claims, including major losses and represented claims. You’ll need to be a critical thinker in order to investigate and assess claims, determine quantum and communicate decisions to claimants or their representatives. This will also involve processing subsequent appeals and working closely with insurers so that claims are dealt with efficiently, effectively and in the best interests of Beyond Housing. The candidate will play a key role in identifying the root cause of claims and communicating lessons learnt so that risks can be mitigated and losses avoided in future.
We’re looking for someone who has the appetite to learn and develop in this role and will embody and adopt our Beyond Housing company values of being considerate, collaborative, ambitious and accountable as part of their everyday conduct. If you think this role is the right for you then please apply.
Due to COVID-19, many Beyond Housing colleagues are staying safe and working from home if their role allows for it - as a Claims Analyst you will also have the opportunity to do this. Once it is safe for colleagues to return to the office you will still have the flexibility to work from both the office and/or home as we support ‘agile’ working. We understand how important your work environment is when joining a new company, so we will work with you to ensure your work setting is suitable for you.
For an informal discussion about the role please contact Joanna Caton, Assurance Manager on 07973 85557.
We are not working with recruitment agencies on this vacancy. Closing date for applications is Sunday 14 March 2021.
