Logistics Coordinator
Logistics Coordinator will work very closely with the Purchasing/Inventory manager and report to the Executive Vice President. A Logistics Coordinator facilitates communication between production, sales, and distribution stages to promote a healthy and efficient supply chain. A successful Logistics Coordinator will have the ability to manage freight in and out of multiple facilities with several logistics partners to ensure active and planned shipments are going to be successful. We are considered an essential business but also offer some flexibility during these COVID times for some remote work depending on the situation. The right candidate will take pride in their work and have a drive to meet or exceed the customers expectations.

Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision or oversight of the laboratory operation and personnel performing testing and reporting test results.The Supv, Laboratory is not required to be onsite at all times testing is performed; however they must be available to the laboratory on an as-needed basis to provide consultation.
1.Maintains consistency with Administrative and Departmental policies with appropriate behavior, dress, attitude, attendance, confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability.
2.Be accessible to testing personnel at all times testing is performed to provide onsite telephone or electronic consultation to resolve technical problems in accordance with policies and procedures established by lab or technical director.
3.Responsible for providing day-to-day supervision of test performance by lab personnel.
4.Responsible for monitoring test analyses and specimen examinations to ensure acceptable levels ofanalytic performance are maintained.
5.Responsible for selection of test methodology and implementation.
6.Responsible for verification o f test procedures performed and establishment of lab's test performance characteristics, including precision and accuracy of each test and test system.
7.Responsible for enrollment and participation in an HHS approved proficiency testing program commensurate with the services offered.
8.Responsible for establishing a quality control program appropriate for the testing performed and establishing the parameters for acceptable levels of analytic performance and ensuring these level are maintained through entire testing process from initial receipt of specimen through sample analysis and reporting of test results.
9.Resolves technical problems and ensures remedial actions are taken when test systems deviate from laboratory's established performance specifications.
10.Ensures patient test results are not reported until all corrective actions have been taken and test system is functioning properly.
11.Identifies training needs and assures each individual performing tests receives regular in-service training and education appropriate for type and complexity of the laboratory services performed.
12.Evaluates competency and performance of lab personnel and assures staff maintains competency to perform test procedures and report test results promptly, accurately and proficiently.Procedures for evaluation of competency of staff include but are not limited to: a) direct observation of routine patient test performance (patient preparation, specimen handling, processing and testing), b) Monitoring the recording and reporting of test results, c) Review of intermediate test results or worksheets, quality control records, proficiency testing results and preventative maintenance records, d) direct observation of performance of instrument maintenance and function checks, e) assessment of test performance through testing previously analyzed specimens, internal blind testing samples or external proficiency testing samples, f) Assessment of problem solving skills.

Work well independently while always making sure that all creative work s/he writes or supervises is approved by supervisor/CD
Lead teammates; maintain a strong relationship with Editorial, Art, and Account Services and follows DDB Health process
Present points of view articulately and persuasively within DDB Health and with client
Be the “brand champion.” Make contributions to the success of your brand(s) that the client sees as meaningful and proactive. Enhance client’s confidence in DDB Health
Work beyond your own brands by contributing to agency creative endeavors, including new business pitches and concepting exercises for other agency brands
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual abilities and writing skills
7+ years of pharmaceutical and/or healthcare advertising, direct-to-physician
An ability to understand and process healthcare information
Strong creative ability, as shown in ads/other forms of communication, created in partnership with an art director
Excellent management, communication and presentation skills

The Group Copy Supervisor is responsible for all copy produced for one or more brands, depending on the size. This role includes directing and/or reviewing all work produced by Junior Writers, Copywriters Senior Copywriters, and Copy Supervisors assigned to the brand(s). The Group Copy Supervisor must be certain that all copy produced meets the standards set by the agency and the client, In addition, the Group Copy Supervisor is hands-on, and does an appropriate proportion of writing as well.
