  • Work with copy chief to come up with big ideas and write long-form promos along with all the supporting copy (dedicated emails, order forms, upsells, space ads, hotlist copy, etc.).
  • Manage the promo from start to finish, including getting it through the legal department and ensuring it meets our Honest, Authentic, and Transparent standards
  • Work with editors to brainstorm new product ideas
  • Write online and direct mail marketing campaigns in a fast paced, goal-oriented team-environment
  • Collaborate on ideas for online campaigns
  • Report on various efforts
  • Learn internal systems used for campaigns.

  • 1+ years’ experience in writing marketing content
  • 1+ years’ related work experience
  • Familiarity with marketing principles, such as web advertising, direct response marketing, and performance analysis
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Close collaboration with team members is a must; communication is vital in this role

The Desktop Publisher is responsible for electronically creating and revising new and revised technical labelling documentation for products marketed. This associate will use Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe FrameMaker software applications to assemble information, organize data and release final documents in PDF format. Additional responsibilities include supporting the Labelling, Technical Writing and Translation Specialists.
Responsibilities:
• Creates, revises and reviews product labeling including labels, package inserts and user's manuals to assure compliance/conformity with existing Corporate, Regulatory and Global (ISO, PAL, etc.) guidelines
• Studies and reviews dielines, drawings, and prototypes to create official documentation.
• Works with Labelling Specialists/Technical Writers/Translation Specialists to develop/revise product documentation and determine specifications for: type style, font size, clarity and conformity of wording, formatting and print paper.
• Edits files into different formats.
• Produces final print PDFs for print vendor use.
• Produces web formatted documents for electronic storage on the e-labeling website.
• Performs editing/proofreading on a variety of documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Reviews vendor specifications for technical documentation, and develops and maintains departmental graphic standards.
• Incorporates multilingual edits in translated documents.
• Assesses complexity of softcopy/hardcopy job (I.e. number of pages, graphics, text boxes, footnotes, index, table of contents, running heads and feet) and provides time–based estimate for completion.
• Communicates effectively with all levels of management, business units (Corporate and International), and possesses a high degree of flexibility/selectivity in prioritizing business units and plant projects to meet established goals.
• Participates in the activities of professional and trade organizations through attendance at meetings.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in graphics, with a minimum of three years’ experience in desktop publishing (InDesign, Illustrator, FrameMaker), or equivalent combination of related education and experience. Labeling/packaging development experience required.
• Multilingual DTP (InDesign/FrameMaker) experience preferable.
• Considerable knowledge of typography, fonts, proofreading, document formatting, desktop publishing, page layout and design, publication styles.
• Ability to independently participate in group projects, develop timelines for projects, communicate effectively and implement projects.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with excellent follow-up skills.

The successful candidate will apply their solid understanding of practical marketing concepts and strategies to deliver compelling content that converts – driving prospects through the customer journey toward a buying decision and enabling client engagement across our Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Recruitment Processing Outsourcing (RPO) business lines.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with subject matter experts, internal business partners, and marketing team members to identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content, and recommend new topics
+ Write clear, well-structured marketing copy to promote products/services, drive brand awareness, and increase engagement
+ Optimize copy for conversions and rankings, applying keyword research and SEO strategies to writing skills to increase web traffic and business success
+ Adapt content across multiple content channels (e.g., web pages, blog, landing page, newsletters, social, email, customer communications, press releases, etc.) to fulfill our marketing strategy and goals
+ Ensure consistency across each created asset (i.e., alignment with our content standards, brand voice, and target audience in terms of messaging, tone, and language)
+ Proofread all marketing material before approval and distribution
+ Manage multiple ongoing projects and deliver high-quality work on time • Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities
+ Interact with people at all levels of the organization and develop strong relationships
Qualifications
+ 3-5 years of experience working in B2B copywriting, digital marketing, or communications
+ Bachelor’s degree in communications, writing, marketing, advertising, PR, English, journalism, or related fields • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to articulate AGS’ brand tone, voice, and messaging with a great command for detail and grammar
+ Experience with content and email marketing, SEO copywriting, and social (portfolio of written content required)
+ A decisive writer who can prioritize, manage, and complete multiple tasks under tight deadlines to generate results and increase engagement
+ A great eye for the user experience (i.e., adding relevant images, formatting)
+ Ability to quickly understand our global clients and markets to articulate the value we deliver
+ Research and interviewing skills
+ Ability to perform independently in addition to collaborating within a team environment
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
+ Ability to travel up to 10% of the calendar year

  • 1+ years’ experience in writing marketing content
  • 1+ years’ related work experience

  • Close collaboration with team members is a must; communication is vital in this role
