Your Responsibilities as a Corporate Sustainability Lead will be to:
  • Demonstrate management commitment to support and provide a rigorous sustainability conservation program.
  • Develop, secure appropriate approvals, implement and manage a program for sustainability initiatives and staff awareness.
  • Provide monthly analysis of initiative progress and utility data, recommending actions where appropriate, secure appropriate approvals and implement solutions.
  • Develop energy, water, and waste & recycling initiative projects consistent with Clients goals including detailed scopes of work, benefit realisation and return on investment analysis.
  • Address or support ongoing requests for collecting and providing various utility data and information within RE&F tool(s) for initiatives including surveys and the annual Carbon Disclosure Project.
  • Develop RE&F communications to business units and employees on ways to improve sustainability.
  • Identify programs available through utility companies and government agencies for rebates and other benefits to reduce operating and capital costs.
  • Introduce opportunities for improvements to Sustainability that is consistent with Client's Corporate Sustainability Guidelines for Carbon reduction goals and report as required.
  • In alignment with compliance requirements ensure Client complies with all local, regional, national and supra-national (e.g., European Union) waste, water, energy and emissions related regulations including but not limited to audits, reporting and allowance or credit purchases.
  • Gather monthly updates from each region, working with the country / cluster leads to ensure they include all relevant sustainability activity from the month.
  • Chair a monthly Sustainability Working Group meeting to share best practices and make recommendations with teams across EMEA.
  • Ensure the Annual Sustainability Plan document and tracker are kept up to date, logging any changes / mitigations.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sustainability reports, and present to IFM Ops.
  • Support with setting up WWSC site communities for each country across EMEA.
  • Support with information data gathering to support client requests, eg regarding EV, charging stations, and inventories.
  • Support with coordinating EMEA wide initiatives, tracking progress / status of implementations
  • Earth Hour, and Earth Day Annual Campaign Planning
  • Creation and Deployment of Annual Sustainability Plan (targets, projects, implementation)
  • Completion of Annual Sustainability Tracker (tracking, reporting)
  • ECO and CELA Fund- creation of business cases to support applications for Clients sustainability funding, and implementation of initiatives once funding is received.
  • Support client sustainability team meetings, collaborating with other T1 suppliers
  • LEED- Review of estate to comply with the Clients Global Design Standards, for all buildings over 75K square feet to be certified LEED Gold

The successful candidate for the Corporate Sustainability Lead position will have:

Essential

  • Experience of international Environmental and Sustainability management, People management & Suppliers and contracts management and negotiation. Excellent client service orientation.
  • Positive and proactive approach towards work, both receiving requests and proposing solutions.
  • Motivated and innovative. Ability to rapidly adjust their work scheme and priorities to be able to adjust to a very dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
  • Bachelor's degree qualification in a relevant subject

We are looking for a London based Senior Program Manager to join our recently created Sales Operations team within Amazon Freight EU. This role will have the unique opportunity of building and owning our lead generation and CRM strategy from scratch. Working closely with sales leadership, external partners and our sister businesses within Amazon, this position will play a pivotal role in building the foundation to support our ambitious growth targets.
Amazon Freight Europe (EU) allows Shippers to use Amazon’s world class transportation network to transport products in full truckloads across Europe. This is an innovative technology improved solution for the shipping needs of small and large businesses. Amazon Freight is a part of Amazon Transportation Services which is an innovative supply chain technology organization, responsible for many of Amazon’s best-in-class logistics offerings.
Key responsibilities will involve sourcing, prioritizing, contracting and managing the relationships with contact data providers whilst in parallel building a successful network within Amazon to ensure we maximize the use of data that we have access to internally.
Further to the above, this role will be the owner of Salesforce within the team and will be responsible for developing the Salesforce strategy and prioritizing the Salesforce roadmap on behalf of the Amazon Freight Europe team working closely with our sister team in North America.

Senior Program Manager Responsibilities:
  • Build and implement the lead generation strategy for Amazon Freight EU - monitoring lead performance metrics.
  • Own and manage the relationships with internal and external lead sources including commercial contracting and compliance.
  • Own the Salesforce strategy for Amazon Freight EU.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and define business requirements and subsequently initiate and prioritize Salesforce enhancements.
  • Design, implement and optimize sales processes with clear and concise communication to stakeholders.
  • Drive Salesforce on boarding, adoption and training.
  • Coordinate the strategy of our customer data set – auditing quality and owning enhancement initiatives.
  • Own Salesforce data related reporting – designing and building key dashboards and subsequently coming up with process and data improvement recommendations.

Senior Program Manager basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Previous relevant experience managing complex programs hands-on Salesforce configuration experience.

  • Monitor KPIs regarding accuracy and integrity of Quality and Inventory transactions; then, you’ll provide feedback to Operations where necessary.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control & Quality Assurance Operations Manager to join our Inventory Control and Quality Assurance team. We’ll need you to ensure that we continue delivering as reliably as ever to our customers, with all teams maintaining their performance and quality of service.
When working on Inventory Control (IC), you’ll carry out extensive analysis and research, as you come to understand and correct any vacancies in our inventory.
The other significant portion of your time will be devoted to Quality Assurance (QA). In this line of responsibility, you’ll proactively audit team efficiency. For example: how closely everyone in your Fulfilment Centre is adhering to agreed processes, while highlighting any discrepancies.
Inventory Control & Quality Assurance Operations Manager Responsibilities:
  • Managing the site-based Inventory Control and Quality Assurance team.
  • You’ll maintain Health and Safety standards within your sphere of influence, actively promoting a positive Health and Safety culture on-site.
  • Monitor KPIs regarding accuracy and integrity of Quality and Inventory transactions; then, you’ll provide feedback to Operations where necessary.
  • Review and analyse customer defect data, while developing corresponding action plans to reduce and eliminate causes of any issues.
  • On a daily, weekly and monthly basis: develop and execute action plans for increasing quality, inventory accuracy and service satisfaction.
  • Partner with Management in the communication of Inventory Control and Quality Assurance policies and procedures: you’ll keep an eye on compliance in your Fulfilment Centre.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Amazon’s wider policies and procedures, including:
  • Interviewing and training both exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • Assuming accountability for setting and meeting operational goals.
  • Planning and forecasting.
  • Assigning and directing work and employee deliverables.
  • Performance appraisal of team members.
  • Rewarding and disciplining employees where appropriate.
  • To build up an understanding of Fulfilment Centre inventory systems and processes, and to provide assistance and expertise for problem-solving wherever you can.

Inventory Control & Quality Assurance Operations Manager basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equal level qualification.
  • You possess strong analytical skills alongside a solid problem-solving background.
  • You’ll also need time management skills, to help you tackle operational challenges in a timely fashion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as demonstrated ability to manage, motivate and positively influence team behaviours.

  • A background in a logistics, distribution or similar environment would be ideal.
  • An understanding of Lean and Six Sigma techniques would be beneficial to your application.
  • A degree in a science or logistics-based discipline, with a strong bias towards analytics and data would be advantageous.

Health & Safety Manager Responsibilities:
You will be managing key aspects of output: people management, metrics, productivity targets, and process improvements. The extent of your duties will include:

Health & Safety Manager basic Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level, and/or qualified to NVQ5/NEBOSH Diploma level: you have significant Health and Safety experience, ideally gained in a logistics environment.
  • You’re a chartered member of an industry body representing the interest of Human Resources, such as IOSH (CMIOSH) or equivalent.

Outline of  Role:

The role carries responsibility for supply chain processes, providing a specialist resource and contact point for inventory forecasting, space management, procurement and planning for our Retail clients.

Principle Accountabilities:

1. As part of the Senior Leadership Team to deliver effective leadership across the Myton Hospices, with specific responsibility for ensuring that we have the right culture and values to enable the delivery of positive impacts for the people and communities we support

2. To develop and lead the HR, Volunteer and Learning and Development Teams to ensure that they have the right mix of skills and experience to support and develop our diverse range of teams, including those where staff belong to professional bodies or have NHS contracts

Your Responsibilities as a Corporate Sustainability Lead will be to:
  • Demonstrate management commitment to support and provide a rigorous sustainability conservation program.
  • Develop, secure appropriate approvals, implement and manage a program for sustainability initiatives and staff awareness.
  • Provide monthly analysis of initiative progress and utility data, recommending actions where appropriate, secure appropriate approvals and implement solutions.
  • Develop energy, water, and waste & recycling initiative projects consistent with Clients goals including detailed scopes of work, benefit realisation and return on investment analysis.
  • Address or support ongoing requests for collecting and providing various utility data and information within RE&F tool(s) for initiatives including surveys and the annual Carbon Disclosure Project.
  • Develop RE&F communications to business units and employees on ways to improve sustainability.
  • Identify programs available through utility companies and government agencies for rebates and other benefits to reduce operating and capital costs.
  • Introduce opportunities for improvements to Sustainability that is consistent with Client's Corporate Sustainability Guidelines for Carbon reduction goals and report as required.
