Position Description

As a Customer Care Assistant, think of yourself as the face of your restaurant. In a nutshell, you'll deal with customers and make sure everything runs as it should in the customer areas. Activities include making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, looking after customers' specific needs, keeping high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets and helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's your responsibility to establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and to keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
You may also take part in the planning and implementation of children's parties, coffee mornings, children's competitions and other special events organised by your restaurant.
A franchised restaurant is a restaurant operated by a local business person trading under the McDonald's name. Currently over 80% of our restaurants in the UK are franchised but from a customer point of view there's no difference.

PODIATRY & ORTHOTIC SERVICE – ROYAL ALEXANDRA HOSPITAL

30.0 HOURS PER WEEK

Therapy Services administration are looking to appoint a highly motivated person to work within a busy Podiatry & Orthotic Service based within Royal Alexandra Hospital.

The post holder will be a member of the admin team which provides both a clerical and telephone operator service for the Podiatry & Orthotic Service and administration support to Therapy Services.

The successful candidate must be an effective communicator, have good interpersonal skills and work in a flexible and organised manner. He/she must have a good standard of education.

Therapy Services comprises of Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry & Orthotics, Speech and Language Therapy and Administration. Each area has it's own Head of Service who is accountable to the Area Director of Therapy Services.

Therapy Services holds personal development in high regard and to support this ethos, the Health Board offers a wide range of training including NVQs.

The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bank Emergency Department Receptionist to join the Emergency Care Directorate’s Administration Team at Ysbyty Gwynedd. This will be a zero hours contract.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, relatives and visitors to the Emergency Department and must demonstrate a professional and sensitive manner and maintain confidentiality at all times.

You will possess a good standard of education, previous experience of working in an administrative / customer service setting and have excellent communication skills. You will need to be able to work as part of a team and be efficient and organised with your own workload.

You will join a friendly team who provides a variety of reception and administrative duties to assist the smooth running of the Emergency Department. The Emergency Department Reception provides 24/7 cover, 365 days per year, therefore the working hours will be flexible and will include early, late and night shifts.

The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post.
