JOB SUMMARY:

Overview

Reporting to the Xinetics Engineering Manager, the Mechanical Design Engineering Manager 1 will collaborate across various AOX business areas to develop and enhance critical technical capabilities that drive our business. The successful candidate will work closely with their team and business area leaders to develop engineering talent, tools, and processes, as well as work closely with manufacturing, quality, and program management to deliver high-quality product in a team oriented, customer focused, high-growth and highly-technical work environment. The Manager, Digital Plant Shift Engineer will be an integral member of the Digital Plant team within Bristol Myers Squibb at the Devens, MA campus. Job Summary
Responsible for building and executing our business intelligence strategy across the ERP landscape. Partner with key stakeholders to understand highest areas of value and develop solutions to service these needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Partner with key stakeholder to develop end to end business intelligence and reporting solutions across our ERP environment • Prioritize, define, develop, and deploy new features for business intelligence and reporting solutions.• Ensure quality and accuracy of reports and adherence to governance standards and practices.• Understand and define reporting requirements based on business value and priorities.• Demonstrate prototypes and solutions to stakeholders • Establish communication with proper escalation channels to provide timely, consistent, audience-appropriate information across the team• Develop Native HANA data models -calculation views, CDS Views, SAP Analytics Cloud Analytical and planning models.• Develop reports using SAP BI tools like Business objects( AFO, WEBI etc), SAC and Fiori• Develop BI Technology Roadmaps(ECC, S/4 HANA- Manage and build team to execute on BI strategy and Roadmap • Develop and publish technical documentation, release notes and data models in support of development artifacts• Develop and lead a high performing team• Team personnel management activities such as: work scheduling, personnel actions (hiring, promotions, transfers, etc.), training and development, providing regular direction and feedback on performance, preparing and delivering annual performance and salary reviews.
Job Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in computer science, engineering, Business Administration or related discipline. MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred.• A strong business intelligence experience with data modeling, SAP BI, BW, BOBJ, S4/ HANA, Native HANA modeling, Connectivity SuccessFactors, Concur and other SAP Satellite systems(connectivity), atleast 2 plus S/4 HANA BI Implementations • Broad understanding of Azure cloud services and Power BI Services• Very strong experience in IT management role• Broad understanding of security in SAP BI encryption• Other: In-depth knowledge of current IT technologies and state-of-the-art practices, particularly in program management. Strong interpersonal skills including influencing & aligning. Interaction with executive-level management to negotiate and to influence policy-making. Effective communication skills for large, multinational audiences.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Engineering Manager is responsible for managing, directing, and coordinating product designs and engineering functions for various product lines that include SAW filters, oscillators and other hybrid RF and Microwave designs for fabrication.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Provides direction and manages Product Design, Development and Support Engineering group operating across multiple sites.

Organizes and controls all technical engineering projects

Plans for the development of new products and processes driven by customer needs and specifications and monitors progress based on development goals.

Evaluates and recommends new technologies

Responsible for the staffing, supervision and development of engineering personnel. Provides feedback and coaching to engineering personnel.
