Major Consumer Goods Company is seeking a SAP MM (Materials Management) Architect in the Clearwater, FL area.

DESCRIPTION       

Role Summary:
This position will serve as the primary architect for the SAP Materials Management (Inventory/ Warehouse Management & Procurement) functionality in SAP S/4 HANA as well as SAP Analytics Cloud. The resource will need to manage both Production Support as well as new SDLC configuration/ development.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support globally for SAP Materials Management
  • Able to handle End to End Rollouts in IM/WM and PU area.
  • Responsible for smaller Projects
  • Provide functional support for reports, interfaces, enhancements and prepare design documents and detailed specification for ABAP programming.
  • Analyze the existing business processes and business data.
  • Collect & Create Demand Specification in Co-Operation with the business users
  • Work together with cross-functional teams, vendor’s/business partners and customer to ensure successful implementation.
  • Responsible for current and new localization in new M & A locations
  • Should be able to advise business like a materials manager in the organization
  • Guide & steer external consultants for localization process or specific requests.
  • Support Inventory/ warehouse management functions in daily activities.
  • Pro-active and prospective working behavior for SAP MM process.
  • Serve as 3rd level support for production incidents or service requests.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS     

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in design, delivery and support of SAP MM and PP applications in ECC 6.0 or S/4 HANA environments
  • Extensive experience in Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and related Materials Management processes
  • Knowledge of integration points across SAP modules such as PM, TM, SD, WM, QM and FI/CO
  • Experience with Forecasting/Demand Planning, MRP, Production Planning for Process Industry and Quality Management processes
  • Exposure to SAP APO & IBP desirable
  • CPIM desirable
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, mathematics, or Information technology.
  • 8-10 years of experience in SAP MM with a good business processes exposure.
  • At least 3 full life cycle implementations of SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.
  • Strong Knowledge in Warehouse design and RF/ QR code integration.
  • Good knowledge in Integration with SD/FICO/PP-PI.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% is a prerequisite.

Required Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science or other analytical discipline or equivalent experience

Job Summary:

The Implementation Specialistwill be responsible for providing training and implementation of the In Sync’sPractice Management (PM) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software at healthcare practices. These practices can range in size from small to enterpriselevel. The Implementation Specialist would also be responsible for customersatisfaction during the implementation process.

 

Required Functions:

The specific responsibilitiesof this role include:

  • Implementing and training new clients on thePM/EMR software. This includes discovery, setup, training and utilization ofthe software in a client’s practice. 
  • Maintain and enforce project timelines for newclients in order to achieve milestones to get clients utilizing thesoftware. 
  • Facilitate communication of customers’ needs tosoftware development team.
  • Identify, document and address unique orrecurring customer problems.
  • Document activity and maintain account statusin InSync Healthcare Solution’s CRM in accordance with department guidelinesand best practices.
  • Conduct regular (daily, weekly) status meetingswith both customer and InSync-internal key stakeholders, and keep all stakeholdersinformed of project progress.
  • Create any required supporting documents forthe delivery of training at the client site such as schedule and training tipsspecific to the customer.
  • Maintain compliance with all necessarydepartmental procedures, HIPAA regulations and other regulatory mandates asrequired.
  • Any other such responsibilities as may bedetermined by the Manager of Implementation & Training.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree orequivalent. Prior PM\EMR Implementation software experience.
  • Medical office knowledge andbilling knowledge a plus
  • General technical knowledgeor computing platforms and hardware\software server technology, including webservices and SaaS.
  • Proficient in Microsoftoffice suite of programs
  • Excellent writing and writtencommunications skills; Team Player
  • Strong critical thinking,decision making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Able to travel up to 25%

    This position supports the successful implementation of various payment processing projects through execution of various technical tasks and quality checks. You will lead client consultation on business and technical requirements, and incorporate the requirements into the overall project plan. You will be assigned most complex, highly visible client projects, and will assume technical leadership role for assigned projects, coordinating all phases of operational implementation of technical project deliverables.

    Essential Functions & Responsibilities

    • Meet with client to discuss specifications, work with client and vendors to determine project options, and facilitate meeting with key client personnel including IT for network connectivity, file mapping, and project technical specifications
    • Extensive Knowledge and understanding of all PSCU Products and Solutions associated with Credit Card Processing and how they are implemented in conjunction with the set up of a new Credit Card Program
    • Work with credit union staff and vendors to execute the project plan, ensuring technical tasks are completed accurately and on time
    • Complete Gap Analysis to define system set-up requirements
    • Provide Consulting and guidance to client on the best approach to meet their business requirements for assigned projects
    • Identify and report outstanding issues to the assigned project manager; assist with issue resolution
    • Ensure quality in project process; Communicate technical aspects and requirements of projects with third-party vendors internal Project Support Team
    • Provide technical support to credit unions during the design, development, and implementation phases of the project
    • Validates system parameters and conducts testing; modifying program parameters when necessary
    • Provide Post implementation on-site support for new PSCU Members projects
    • Assist with consulting and guidance on resolving major Production issues by  identifying impact and by defining and implementing a resolution for resolving
    • Assist with identifying improvements to the defined processes within the department
    • Understand and complete technical tasks associated with various types of department projects
    • Understand client business requirements; communicate between technical groups at client and vendor locations and data map technical files between systems
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Business Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 
    • Training in Six Sigma Methodology and project management certification preferred.

    Experience

    • Seven (7) years of related experience in the payment processing industry required.
    • Thorough understanding of payment card products, support services and processes required.
    • Five (5) years of related experience in business or system analysis.
    • Three (3) years of client facing project support experience required. 
    • Experience required completing card processing conversions that require migrating data from one processing platform to another.

    • Ability to work independently, to exercise discretion, and demonstrate good judgment in decision making
    • Overall understanding of Project Management methodologies along with extensive knowledge of using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Access and spreadsheet computer software applications

    Implementation Specialist

    Point & Pay - Remote

     

    Our Implementation Specialists work with new and existing customers to perform technical implementation activities for the Point & Pay products. Our small team works with business stakeholders to define client needs and map the product configuration, owning the implementation results and streamlining the implementation process of our payment platform solution.

     

    What else you will be doing:

    • Lead client and software partner implementations.
    • Provide client and partner facing recommendations for best integration solutions.
    • Develop a broad and deep knowledge of the product set as well as back-end capabilities.
    • Meet with new and existing clients to complete complex implementations.
    • Participate in solution definition with IT leads and external partners.
    • Work with sales team throughout client information collection process.
    • Work with platform tools to complete partner setup, build webpages and perform testing.
    • Own test results to ensure issues are resolved prior to going live.
    • Complete change requests forms on behalf of clients and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure proper awareness.
    • Manage special projects or other assignments as defined by leadership team.

     

    What we need from you:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
    • Experience in the merchant payments industry strongly preferred.
    • Minimum two (2) years’ technical implementations experience (SaaS Implementations preferred).
    • Minimum one (1) year client facing implementations with strong interaction skills.
    • Experience with software partner integration with joint business interest.
    • Proficient in SalesForce case management for manage workflow, status reporting and client ticketing.
    • Knowledge of JIRA, bug and issues tracking and project management tool.

    DESCRIPTION       

    Role Summary:
    This position will serve as the primary architect for the SAP Materials Management (Inventory/ Warehouse Management & Procurement) functionality in SAP S/4 HANA as well as SAP Analytics Cloud. The resource will need to manage both Production Support as well as new SDLC configuration/ development.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Support globally for SAP Materials Management
    • Able to handle End to End Rollouts in IM/WM and PU area.
    • Responsible for smaller Projects
    • Provide functional support for reports, interfaces, enhancements and prepare design documents and detailed specification for ABAP programming.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS     

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience in design, delivery and support of SAP MM and PP applications in ECC 6.0 or S/4 HANA environments
    • Extensive experience in Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and related Materials Management processes
    • Knowledge of integration points across SAP modules such as PM, TM, SD, WM, QM and FI/CO
    • Experience with Forecasting/Demand Planning, MRP, Production Planning for Process Industry and Quality Management processes
    • Exposure to SAP APO & IBP desirable
    • CPIM desirable
    • Bachelor’s Degree in business, mathematics, or Information technology.
    • 8-10 years of experience in SAP MM with a good business processes exposure.
    • At least 3 full life cycle implementations of SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.
    • Strong Knowledge in Warehouse design and RF/ QR code integration.
    • Good knowledge in Integration with SD/FICO/PP-PI.
    • Willingness to travel up to 25% is a prerequisite.
    • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
