Role
We are oprn to looking at candidates at both the Strategy Director (AD) and Group Strategy Director level.
The London based Director Marketing Sciences role requires creativity in consulting with the internal account teams, project managers and external clients. It means executing research analytics both as an individual and as a team leader. The role provides the opportunity to be client-facing and not only run interesting, complex models but also drive research methodology and impact major business decisions for national and international companies. It will require occasional travel (5-10%) for pitching and reporting.
You will need to show a passion for the evolving landscapes in relevant categories, using tools to analyse data from a variety of sources, develop bespoke reports for clients and be capable of gathering and analysing data from multiple sources. You will be used to staying up to date with developments in our industry and beyond with particular attention to category trends and data/analytics.
Being a Group Director is an important leadership role in the business.
You will already be a very capable researcher and have proved yourself to be strong in managing clients, people and research. You will report into the UK Partner of The Modellers but will foster strong relationships with your peers, and with the rest of the London based SLT.
You will ensure the smooth running of the Marketing Sciences team, the development of cutting-edge analytics tools and analytic thinking and support other Hall & Partners teams in London by collaborating on pitches/projects with a focus on quant and analytics.
