Position Summary:

Responsible for cultivating loan referrals through sales meetings with realtors, brokers, builders and consumers.   • Negotiates and confirms rates, fees, and locks terms with customers.

  • Communicates regularly with borrowers to meet desired expectations.
  • Maintains minimum productivity goals.
  • Complies with organizational standards, polices, and procedures.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Minimum of one (1) + years' experience in the financial services industry with mortgage lending experience required.
  • NMLS loan originator license required.
  • Continuing education classes required by licensing authority.
  • Continuing training classes required by the company to meet CFPB requirement.

Our client is looking to hire a large number of Mortgage Loan Processors that will be 100% REMOTE to join their team.  These will be direct-hire, full-time positions with our client.  These are excellent opportunities to join an already established national company that is continuing to grow at a rapid pace.

 

Position: Mortgage Loan Processor

Employment Type: Full-Time/Direct-Hire with our client.

About our client:

Our client is a national mortgage lender with offerings in Direct to Consumer, Retail, Wholesale, Correspondent Lending, etc.  Loan products include both Conventional and Non-Conventional/Government loans.  Our client serves 49 states in the US, has 2,600+ employees and has serviced over 600,000+ customers.  

 

Key selling points:

  • 100% remote with no travel required.
  • Client provides a company laptop and phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
  • Effectively communicating with mortgage consultants to coordinate the approval process

Education and Experience Requirements:

    _How you’ll spend your time:_
    + Creating and expanding relationships in your community through outbound calling efforts to customers.
    + Processing customer account maintenance and standard branch transactions such as: address changes, check cashing, deposits and opening deposit and loan accounts.
    + Collaborating with internal partners, such as small business officers, mortgage officers, private wealth manager and others.

    + Ability to received NMLS registration within 90 days of start date
    The pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is typically $34,000 to $56,600 annually. The selected candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, including but not limited to work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay for the selected candidate may be above or below this range. The successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in one or more incentive plans based on company and individual performance.
