The role is mainly office based, when things return to normal with the occasional train journey to London to do site installs.
Requirements
You will have one to two years' experience in a 1st / 2nd line support role and experience in some of the following:
  • Administration of Office 365 - desktop and web apps
  • Active Directory
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting errors and installing software
  • Experience of providing hardware support and setting up of Laptops, PCs, Tablets, Mobiles
  • Basic Network Support - DHCP / DNS

Due to the nature of this role, it is essential that you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will have a keen interest in IT and a desire to keep learning. You will be passionate about providing a great level of service to your users.

You will have one to two years' experience in a 1st / 2nd line support role and experience in some of the following:
  • Administration of Office 365 - desktop and web apps
  • Active Directory
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting errors and installing software
  • Experience of providing hardware support and setting up of Laptops, PCs, Tablets, Mobiles
  • Basic Network Support - DHCP / DNS

Due to the nature of this role, it is essential that you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will have a keen interest in IT and a desire to keep learning. You will be passionate about providing a great level of service to your users.
