Construction General Labor Details:

  • General Construction Laborers must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. Laborers must also be able to concentrate on their tasks.
  • The ability to understand and communicate information is also essential.
  • Will be performing a variety of duties while working on a specialized construction site doing general labor.
  • Requires problem solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Federal and State employment law, including EEO, Fair Labor Standards, Wage and Hour, Health and Safety, and FMLA.
  • Active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Must have good oral and written communications skills.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
