Overview

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Operations Training Coordinator for a contract contingent position supporting flying squadron operations.  The focus of work is supporting non-flying duties in ANG squadrons that traditionally utilized aircrew to fill the duties. 

Responsibilities

  • Update data in PEX or future equivalent systems to PEX, and locally-developed computer database systems as required.
  • Interface with Host Aviation Resource Management (HARM) personnel to update the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) or future equivalent systems to ARMS as required.
  • Review and update student/permanent party records, folders and grade books per the applicable Air Force Instructions (AFI 11-202V1 and AFI 11-2MDS-V1), associated MAJCOM Installation supplements, and locally- developed guidance. Number of records will vary depending on unit manning/student throughput.
  • Provide daily Ready Aircrew Program (RAP) reports and inputs to SARM for go/no-go determination
  • Administer classes and exams as required. Coordinate with scheduling to ensure crewmembers are scheduled for Crew Resource Management, Instructor Crew Resource Management, Instrument Refresher Course, and any other grounding or pre-deployment training requirements. Number of classes/exams will vary depending on unit manning/student throughput.
  • Perform weekly individual gradebook checks of personnel training and ancillary training requirements.
  • Prepare and execute periodic training/testing plans for approval and scheduling.
  • Provide weekly updates to squadron leadership containing the flight and readiness status of personnel to facilitate tracking of duty status and performance report/decoration accomplishment.
  • Coordinate with the scheduling officer, enabling them to maximize training opportunities in accordance with unit leadership guidance. Scheduling and training must be consistent.
  • Provide daily tracking of upgrade and continuation training accomplishment for the unit Operations Supervisor (or equivalent) as well as weekly summaries for the Operations Officer.
  • Assist in the development of new curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training.
  • Act as the point of contact to facilitate new aircrew hiring boards, including application packet solicitation and collection, board assembly and interview scheduling
  • Generate the following reports/forms as required:
    • AF Form 4324, Aircraft Assignment/Aircrew Qualification Worksheet.
    • Training aids as defined/utilized by local SOP.
    • Monthly aircrew qualification level summary (also known as the “Letter of Xs”) and provide a copy of in-work and final documents to Wing Current Operations (OSS/OSO) and Wing Stan/Eval (OGV) NLT the last day of each month.
    • Monthly and quarterly Ready Aircrew Program (RAP) reports and RAP inputs to Wing OSS Training each quarter.
    • RAP reporting as required by the current RAP tasking message.
    • Monthly summary of aircrew probation/regression status.
    • Grade Book report.
    • Locally developed reports to assist Commander in completing DRRS/AF-IT reporting.
    • Assist in the development of a squadron 6 month training plan.

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate
  • Candidates must be able to complete a favorably-adjudicated background investigation in accordance with HSPD-12 to access a Government furnished information system or environment

Desired:

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Experience working in a DoD flying unit (Active Duty, Guard/Reserve, Contractor or Civilian).
  • Aircrew Training experience working in a DoD flying unit within the past 10 years (Active Duty, Guard/Reserve, Contractor or Civilian).
  • Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

The Knowledge, Learning and Communications Specialist is a key position in the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) department of the YCST. Under the supervision and guidance of the MEL Director, s/he will implement and enhance the current system for gathering, interpreting and managing multiple forms of information and resources necessary for learning, along with managing knowledge generated and necessary for the successful implementation of the program. S/he will also work with the M&E and program team to ensure that information is shared and transformed into readily available knowledge that supports effective decision-making.

 

The Knowledge, Learning and Communications Specialist is expected to perform below responsibilities and any other duties as assigned by the MEL Director. These duties are representative of the nature of work and not all-inclusive.

  • Play key role on accomplishing the quantitative and qualitative research to address the topics and themes identified in the Learning Agenda.
  • Contribute to Identifying key accomplishments, learning opportunities, and findings to highlight through communications channels and products to increase the accessibility and utilization of project information.
  • Organize and support learning workshops and events based on findings and lessons learned for stakeholders, in order to facilitate collaborative learning.
  • Build capacity of the program staff to integrate learning into their work through face to face and training on methods such as: After Action Reviews, Peer Assists, feedback loops, World Café, etc.
  • Contribute to knowledge and learning products including research publications, learning briefs, fact sheets, success stories, and case studies.
  • Coordinate learning and adaptation workshops that will inform program design, throughout the life of the program.
  • Support the Communication and Reporting Officer in compiling and preparing high-quality monthly reports, quarterly and annual reports, highlighting project progress towards performance targets, contextual updates and lessons learned.

  • Strong writing and analytical skills with a proven track record in research and analysis, including managing data collection process (in a challenging conflict environment strongly preferred).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English required. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage production of quality reports within tight timeframes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player with positive attitude and ability to work in a multicultural setting.

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 – 5 years of experience or Master’s degree with 0 - 2years of experience (preferred) in economics, statistics, social sciences, international development, sociology, or related field required.
  • Relevant experience in knowledge management, communications, M&E, organizational learning and/or strategic learning in an international development context (USAID programs preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in using a mix of informational sources and research methods to systematically analyze project progress, communicate findings to a range of external and internal stakeholders, and respond to learning questions.

Overview

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Operations Training Coordinator for a contract contingent position supporting flying squadron operations.  The focus of work is supporting non-flying duties in ANG squadrons that traditionally utilized aircrew to fill the duties. 

Responsibilities

  • Update data in PEX or future equivalent systems to PEX, and locally-developed computer database systems as required.
  • Interface with Host Aviation Resource Management (HARM) personnel to update the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) or future equivalent systems to ARMS as required.
  • Review and update student/permanent party records, folders and grade books per the applicable Air Force Instructions (AFI 11-202V1 and AFI 11-2MDS-V1), associated MAJCOM Installation supplements, and locally- developed guidance. Number of records will vary depending on unit manning/student throughput.
  • Provide daily Ready Aircrew Program (RAP) reports and inputs to SARM for go/no-go determination
  • Administer classes and exams as required. Coordinate with scheduling to ensure crewmembers are scheduled for Crew Resource Management, Instructor Crew Resource Management, Instrument Refresher Course, and any other grounding or pre-deployment training requirements. Number of classes/exams will vary depending on unit manning/student throughput.
  • Perform weekly individual gradebook checks of personnel training and ancillary training requirements.
  • Prepare and execute periodic training/testing plans for approval and scheduling.
  • Provide weekly updates to squadron leadership containing the flight and readiness status of personnel to facilitate tracking of duty status and performance report/decoration accomplishment.
  • Coordinate with the scheduling officer, enabling them to maximize training opportunities in accordance with unit leadership guidance. Scheduling and training must be consistent.
  • Provide daily tracking of upgrade and continuation training accomplishment for the unit Operations Supervisor (or equivalent) as well as weekly summaries for the Operations Officer.
  • Assist in the development of new curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training.
  • Act as the point of contact to facilitate new aircrew hiring boards, including application packet solicitation and collection, board assembly and interview scheduling
  • Generate the following reports/forms as required:
    • AF Form 4324, Aircraft Assignment/Aircrew Qualification Worksheet.
    • Training aids as defined/utilized by local SOP.
    • Monthly aircrew qualification level summary (also known as the “Letter of Xs”) and provide a copy of in-work and final documents to Wing Current Operations (OSS/OSO) and Wing Stan/Eval (OGV) NLT the last day of each month.
    • Monthly and quarterly Ready Aircrew Program (RAP) reports and RAP inputs to Wing OSS Training each quarter.
    • RAP reporting as required by the current RAP tasking message.
    • Monthly summary of aircrew probation/regression status.
    • Grade Book report.
    • Locally developed reports to assist Commander in completing DRRS/AF-IT reporting.
    • Assist in the development of a squadron 6 month training plan.

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate
  • Candidates must be able to complete a favorably-adjudicated background investigation in accordance with HSPD-12 to access a Government furnished information system or environment

Desired:

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Experience working in a DoD flying unit (Active Duty, Guard/Reserve, Contractor or Civilian).
  • Aircrew Training experience working in a DoD flying unit within the past 10 years (Active Duty, Guard/Reserve, Contractor or Civilian).
  • Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
