This role is due to begin in March 2021, and will include some Teaching assistant work - leading small groups and some one to one work. We are now looking for a HR Advisor to join our HR Team - this is a Group role covering Watkin Jones and Fresh. Reporting to the HR Manager the role focusses on supporting managers in dealing with employee related issues through the employee life cycle from onboarding through to leavers but with a significant requirement on administration of the data and records held within the HR department.
The HR Advisor will also support the HR Manager in ensuring that the business is legally compliant and aware of risks associated with people actions, including (but not limited to) disciplinary & grievance, performance management, absence management, pay and conditions and management information.
About You
With a high attention to detail and the ability to work within set deadlines, ideally you'll be level 5 CIPD qualified (or working towards this level of qualification) You'll require experience of working within a HR department and have the ability to build relationships with remote based employees and managers. A team player, you will be proficient in the use of IT systems, including Microsoft Office programs.
