  • Qualified candidate must have previous similar work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are required. Experience with JD Edwards is helpful.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Be proficient with all areas and aspects of  manufacturing and inventory computer system (JD Edwards)
  • Creating production work orders and tags to be used in the processing and packaging  
  • Be knowledgeable and have a working understanding of state regulations, standards and processes for shipping .
  • Create and process purchase orders
  • Prepare finished product samples for analytical testing from every stage of the manufacturing process using equipment and computer data systems
  • Scale house and probe operations during harvest season
  • Cross-train with other administrative positions for backup and vacation coverage
  • Perform a variety of responsibilities ranging from routine to complex while maintaining a calm and confident persona
  • Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team setting
  • Communicate with warehouse personnel and management to ensure efficient production.
  • Assist management in performing month end tasks including inventory corrections.
  • Assist in maintaining office filing system including record retention
  • Assist in maintaining proper QA office housekeeping requirements
  • Applicant must have regular and prompt attendance
