Have you ever gone to your doctor’s office and felt that you were just a number? Waited in the waiting room well past your appointment time only to be moved to the exam room to wait some more? All while knowing that you’re paying for this service? Do you want better?

Avance Care’s mission is to revolutionize the way primary care is delivered to patients. We believe that patient care should be centered around the patient, not the provider. We believe that primary care should be convenient, affordable, and above all a positive experience (as positive as is reasonable when you’ve got the flu!).

Our Medical Assistants are the core of our unique patient experience. They focus on providing the best experience by simplifying the complex and tiring healthcare process for our patients, all with a smile. They work 12 hour shifts and alternating weekends (along with days off during the week!) to optimize availability to our patients. Our clinical team are the liaisons for our patients while they are in the office by:
  • Triaging and assisting the provider with procedures
  • Relaying important messages to and from our providers for patient care
  • Ensuring that our providers schedules remain on time
  • Focusing on detailed documentation

We are determined to change the perception of the primary care visit. Will you help us make the difference? Pediatric Experience a PLUS
