Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Unit Programs Coordinator for a contract contingent position supporting flying squadron operations.  The focus of work is supporting non-flying duties in ANG squadrons that traditionally utilized aircrew to fill the duties. 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact to the squadron commander/director for all administrative support programs such as task management, health care program, fitness program, safety program, Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) accounts, security program, supply program, civilian timecard program, Defense Travel System (DTS).
  • Provide monthly programs status report regarding these assigned programs
  • Directly assist the commander/director in the management of all administrative support program functions.
  • Use and prepare documents in accordance with regulations and policies.
  • Serve as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs. Ensure unit program compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and squadron commander directives.
  • Design effective communication plans to publicize unit program requirements, associated policies, and procedures.
  • Serve as a unit liaison to the military and civilian personnel offices.
  • Provide accurate and factual information to the commander(s)/director(s), key staff, and customers.
  • Establish controls and suspense dates and follows up to ensure that required actions and responses are made within deadlines.
  • Perform other clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization.
  • Establish, maintain, control, and update file system accurately to enable quick and efficient retrieval of information.
  • Prepare and submit paperwork, such as timesheets, travel orders, file plans, and supply requisitions in a timely manner as coordinated with the unit commander.
  • Generate the following reports/forms as required:
    • Monthly administrative programs status report regarding assigned programs.

  • Obtains blood specimens and collects nonblood specimens such as urine sputum, for laboratory testing

  • Acts as receptionist, performs secretarial duties and prepares and maintains reports and records

Qualifications:

  • Medical Assistant Certification is required in state of employment

  • Possess CPR/BCLS certification
  • Familiar with State Regulations, DEA regulations and TJC and / or CARF Accreditation
  • Excellent written and verbal skills required; working knowledge of MS Office and patient management software

The Family Medical Group of Bristol has an immediate opening for a friendly, patient focused and detail oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team. This position has a Mon-Fri schedule with hours between 7:30am and 7:00pm. Hours are flexible.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greet & check inpatients as they enter the practice. This will include checking temperate, providing mask and hand sanitizer
  • Assist Medical Receptionist as needed with potential to complete the following:
  • Schedule and triage appointment requests for urgency according to approved protocols consistent with ProHealth’s Appointment and Scheduling Guidelines. Consult a medical assistant or licensed clinician for clinical decision making whenever necessary
  • Use call processing and other applicable functionality in the EHR to take messages and communicate with clinicians
  • Monitor daily reminder call logs to reschedule appointments as needed
  • Scan and index documents into the EHR; ensure that necessary documents, lab results, etc. are available in advance of patient visits
  • Close payment batch(es) at the end of each shift, assemble and balance batch(es) according to ProHealth cash control procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of current OSHA and ProHealth policies
  • Assist coworkers as needed to assure smooth office operation and delivery of excellent service through teamwork
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • 1+ year(s) of customer service
  • Minimum of one year in a medical billing or receptionist setting, preferably in a health care setting
  • You will be provisioned with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and are required to perform this role with patients and members on site, as this is an essential function of this role
  • Employees are required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained.

Job Summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Unit Programs Coordinator for a contract contingent position supporting flying squadron operations.  The focus of work is supporting non-flying duties in ANG squadrons that traditionally utilized aircrew to fill the duties. 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact to the squadron commander/director for all administrative support programs such as task management, health care program, fitness program, safety program, Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) accounts, security program, supply program, civilian timecard program, Defense Travel System (DTS).
  • Provide monthly programs status report regarding these assigned programs
  • Directly assist the commander/director in the management of all administrative support program functions.
  • Use and prepare documents in accordance with regulations and policies.
  • Serve as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs. Ensure unit program compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and squadron commander directives.
  • Design effective communication plans to publicize unit program requirements, associated policies, and procedures.
  • Serve as a unit liaison to the military and civilian personnel offices.
  • Provide accurate and factual information to the commander(s)/director(s), key staff, and customers.
  • Establish controls and suspense dates and follows up to ensure that required actions and responses are made within deadlines.
  • Perform other clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization.
  • Establish, maintain, control, and update file system accurately to enable quick and efficient retrieval of information.
  • Prepare and submit paperwork, such as timesheets, travel orders, file plans, and supply requisitions in a timely manner as coordinated with the unit commander.
  • Generate the following reports/forms as required:
    • Monthly administrative programs status report regarding assigned programs.

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate
  • Candidates must be able to complete a favorably-adjudicated background investigation in accordance with HSPD-12 to access a Government furnished information system or environment

Desired:

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Experience working in a DoD unit (Active Duty, Guard/Reserve, Contractor or Civilian).
