•Amazon & eBay seller management: 2 year (Required)

•Ecommerce Assistant: 2 year (Required)
•Highly Computer and MS office literate
•A solid ecommerce understanding with a passion to always improve the customer experience
•Outstanding copy-writing skills with excellent spelling and grammar
•Amazon and eBay seller experience is a must
•Magento or ecommerce website experience
•Good working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and/or similar

•Optimising our product inventory and listings to increase sales
•Optimising new and old listings for Google by ensuring correct SEO practices are followed
•Listing/ Uploading new & existing products to own website, Amazon and eBay via Excel or other 3rd party software.
•Always stay on the lookout for new products in our field and report product trends to manager
•Thinking creatively about which products work well together as kits and linking them for up sells, cross sells
•Maintaining product and inventory portfolio as well as category and brand pages
•Monitor analytics to measure performance of activity and make recommendations to change
•Dealing with requests from our Customer Relations Department
•Liaising with our Marketplace account managers
•Liaising with the Commercial Department about products with negative feedback.
•Reviewing orders for successful delivery
•Meeting new suppliers and help discover product pricing then reporting to the Line Manager with a view to offer that product for sale.
