We are looking for a self-motivated and detail oriented candidate to fill the Quality Supervisor position that is currently open. This position reports directly to the Quality Control and Compliance Manager and oversees the day to day responsibilities of the quality staff. This role is integral to our brand as quality is a top priority at Crazy Aaron's. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of quality and can achieve buy-in from all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Minimum of an Associate’s degree from an accredited institution and at least three years of experience in the quality field, such as:
* running investigations
* conducting root cause analysis
* CAPA, OOS, AQL
* performing statistical and random sampling
* establishing stability studies and protocols
* establishing standards
Minimum of three years of experience supervising staff
Excellent communication (verbal & writing) and problem-solving skills required
This is a full time, exempt position working in a fast-paced production environment, on your feet all day but with a great group of people!
