We are looking for a London based Senior Program Manager to join our recently created Sales Operations team within Amazon Freight EU. This role will have the unique opportunity of building and owning our lead generation and CRM strategy from scratch. Working closely with sales leadership, external partners and our sister businesses within Amazon, this position will play a pivotal role in building the foundation to support our ambitious growth targets.
Amazon Freight Europe (EU) allows Shippers to use Amazon’s world class transportation network to transport products in full truckloads across Europe. This is an innovative technology improved solution for the shipping needs of small and large businesses. Amazon Freight is a part of Amazon Transportation Services which is an innovative supply chain technology organization, responsible for many of Amazon’s best-in-class logistics offerings.
Key responsibilities will involve sourcing, prioritizing, contracting and managing the relationships with contact data providers whilst in parallel building a successful network within Amazon to ensure we maximize the use of data that we have access to internally.
Further to the above, this role will be the owner of Salesforce within the team and will be responsible for developing the Salesforce strategy and prioritizing the Salesforce roadmap on behalf of the Amazon Freight Europe team working closely with our sister team in North America.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about owning and building sales strategy and implementing processes for long-term growth. They will be a solid collaborator and communicator, have a strong bias for action and thrive in an ambiguous, fast growing environment.

Senior Program Manager Responsibilities:
  • Build and implement the lead generation strategy for Amazon Freight EU - monitoring lead performance metrics.
  • Own and manage the relationships with internal and external lead sources including commercial contracting and compliance.
  • Own the Salesforce strategy for Amazon Freight EU.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and define business requirements and subsequently initiate and prioritize Salesforce enhancements.
  • Design, implement and optimize sales processes with clear and concise communication to stakeholders.
  • Drive Salesforce on boarding, adoption and training.
  • Coordinate the strategy of our customer data set – auditing quality and owning enhancement initiatives.
  • Own Salesforce data related reporting – designing and building key dashboards and subsequently coming up with process and data improvement recommendations.

Senior Program Manager basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Previous relevant experience managing complex programs hands-on Salesforce configuration experience.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and process improvement skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence others.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and improving operational processes to improve business efficiencies.
  • Highly data driven with solid analytical skills and practical knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups).

Senior Program Manager preferred Qualifications:

  • APMP/AGILE/Prince 2 or equivalent PM qualifications.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading Salesforce change management programs.
  • Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets.
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.
  • Exposure to iterative/agile projects and with standardized development and promotion processes (staging environment vs. production).

City & Hackney has established an Office of PCNs to support GP practices to drive the delivery of new services as set out in the PCN Contract and Long Term Plan. The Office of PCNs is working closely with the Central Neighbourhoods team who are coordinating a transformation programme across City and Hackney system partners to develop and embed these new ways of working.

To support us, we are seeking a full time, experienced and innovative Programme Manager to work with us on a 12 month fixed term basis to help deliver on our ambitions. The role will be hosted by the local GP Confederation and work within the Office of PCNs but as this is a system role you will be jointly accountable to the PCN Programme Director and Neighbourhoods Programme Lead.

Main duties of the job

This role will predominantly support the following two key areas:-

We have an ambition to develop Neighbourhood Partnerships across each of the 8 City and Hackney Neighbourhoods and PCNs, ensuring that we are working together to address local population health needs. You will work closely with PCNs, Voluntary Sector services, Healthwatch, LB Hackney and City of London Corporation as well as other system partners to develop strategic partnership arrangements within each area.

As we bring together an integrated workforce within Neighbourhoods and PCNs, implementing and trialling integrated operational workforce models that best enable day-to-day team working across C&H teams and providers will be key to the successful delivery of our long term ambition. You will work with system partners to explore and initiate different workforce models as well as learning from and implementing good working practices locally, regionally and nationally.

In developing strategic partnerships:

  • Design and deliver a series of Integrated Development and Partnership building workshops involving PCN stakeholders and their system partners across individual neighbourhoods.
  • Work with system partners to define the function, purpose and role of the partnership working structures across Neighbourhoods and Networks learning from work in Well Street Common and other areas. As part of this identify the mechanisms for how these partnerships will be supported on an ongoing basis.
  • Test, shape and implement these partnership working structures through ongoing engagement and liaison with multiple health, social care partners and voluntary sector organisations.
  • Work with those organisations to support the delivery of Neighbourhood based population health plans (building on local community insight and population health data and intelligence) helping contribute towards addressing local health inequalities.

In leading the development of integrated workforce models:

  • Support and deliver workforce reform, where PCN and Neighbourhood stakeholders work together through local engagement with the workforce across professional groups to co-design innovative workforce models.
  • Identify workforce models that build team and organisational development to support integrated care rather than just focusing on individual roles. This will explore opportunities for integrated team management and/or self-managing teams.
  • Facilitate the delivery of informal Neighbourhood sessions which act as a means of bringing together the workforce within individual localities around common interests, topics or interests.
  • Develop and drive processes that enable robust operational delivery and sustainability across workforce teams within Neighbourhoods and the PCNs supporting the development of distinct Neighbourhood identities and cultures.
  • Develop a framework that reflects a mutual recognition of PCN ARRs roles and responsibilities and how they can work with other roles outside of the immediate PCN framework.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of a range of pathways, protocols and processes aimed at promoting and strengthening integrated operational delivery of PCN workforce across the Neighbourhood and vice versa.
  • Identify opportunities for improved recruitment and retention as well as future workforce planning within each area working closely with the existing training hub in City and Hackney.
  • Design and deliver local PCN pilots centred on integrated workforce models therefore embracing new ways of working through a Neighbourhood/PCN RACI model.

Fixed Term Contract- Programme Manager/ PMO Manager
My client, an exciting Healthcare & Data organisation based in London has instructed Goodman Masson exclusively to recruit for a Programme/ PMO Manager to join their team heading up a critical international programme of work. This role will suit someone who comes from a start-up background or has a start-up mindset as it's a very fast-paced environment.
Location: London (currently fully remote)
Length of contract: 6 months (very likely extension to at least a year)
The successful Programme Manager/ PMO Manager will:
  • Experience setting up an agile PMO
  • Have a good understanding of data and technology
  • Have experience setting up project processes
  • Have experience setting up and running agile and scrum projects
  • Have experience delivering international projects
  • A healthcare background paired with private sector/ management consulting experience would be highly advantageous
  • Have excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Operate with a strategic mindset

Hyper Recruitment Solutions (HRS) are currently searching for a Project Manager - Customer Collaboration to join a leading scientific company based in the London area. As the Project Manager - Customer Collaboration you will be responsible for managing various projects within the manufacturing site.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Project Manager - Customer Collaboration will be to manage relationships with scientific customers through the on-boarding tech transfer process into the manufacturing facility. You collaborate closely with the business development team on sales opportunities and contract negotiations.
1. Lead customer life-cycle management through on-boarding, operational pre-screening, relationship management and retention of contract.
2. Support the science business development team by hosting site visits, contract preparation and sales negotiations.
3. Lead cross-functional interaction to ensure customer services is delivered to excellent standards.
4. Manager a team of project co-ordinators who will are responsible for day-to-day interaction with scientific customers.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Project Manager - Customer Collaboration we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Degree educated within a science discipline
2. Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences sector experience within a GMP environment, preferably within Cell Therapies
3. Work experience in scientific project management, account management or business development.
4. Technical understanding of science, biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical outsourcing or contract manufacturing services would be an advantage.
