Contract position: Engineering client has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Department Assistant/Project Assistant for a Contract to Hire position in Kansas City, MO. You need 3-7 years of experience as an Office Assistant, Department Assistant, Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant. Experience doing this for any type of engineering or construction company would be considered a plus.
•You will provide administrative support to a department of 20+ engineering, construction & project management employees
•Provide general administrative support for company projects.
•Organize and maintain project files, filing system and project communications
•Provide data entry for projects
•Record minutes from Project Manager/team meetings
•Provide some construction document and project controls (RFIs, submittals, etc)
