The Sales Engineer supports sales executives in the public sector, with solution selling into prospect account base and partners with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.  

 

The Sales Engineer is responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.


  • Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base
  • Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
  • Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
  • Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
  • Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
  • Collect and document competitive intelligence

  • Bachelor’s degree supported by 6+ years of demonstrated solution sales experience
  • Experience in a complex sales environment

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the vision and product strategy.
This full-time permanent position will report to the Chief Product Officer, direct the product team, and be closely aligned to the Investigate Development team. This role will also have regular interactions with Sales, Marketing and senior leadership and will be expected to be heavily involved in presenting us to Investigate to the market, customers and partners.
The ideal candidate must have a unique skill set combining domain expertise in Digital Forensic Investigations, a strong background in driving product success in a software business, must project confidence and passion and have excellent presentation skills. Key Responsibilities
· Own the vision, product strategy, and roadmap for us to Investigate product line with input, and final approval from executive management in line with corporate strategy

Qualifications
· 7+ years of product management experience in a high-tech software company
· BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
o MBA or advanced technical degree a positive, but not required
· Requires experience in leading a major product program in a software business
o Must have created and executed business and go to market plans
o Managed P&L’s
· Domain expertise in the DFI market is required
· Strong understanding of Agile Development Methodology
o Familiarity with SAFE and/or Scrum frameworks a positive.
· Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycles, DevOps, Agile practices and Quality Assurance practices
· Experience delivering/launching SaaS software to market
· Marketing experience is a plus.

Role Summary


The Digital Marketing Analyst develops and executes multi-step automated email marketing campaigns across the corporation utilizing the Oracle Eloqua platform.  The execution-orientated role is responsible for guiding and creating the email automation flow and positioning of assets that support the delivery of email campaigns. 


The candidate must be able to multitask including managing several integrated marketing campaigns simultaneously. Beyond cross organizational email campaign execution, the role will focus on operational campaign quality control insuring the collection of metrics. Knowledge of web technology and landing page utilization will assist in successful projects. A solid understanding of online marketing technologies and channel use is required.


The successful candidate must be energetic and a collaborative team player with the ability to influence others. Strong organizational skills are critical along with an open minded approach to challenging the status quo. You must be able to work with highly ambiguous problems taking responsibility to find a realistic path to a solution.


Responsibilities:


• Execute multi-touch account-based marketing plans.
• Develop strong relationships with internal creative services agency, marketing communications strategists and lead nurturing team.
• Support marketing in setting up and maintaining a quality architecture for email campaigns.
• Develop ongoing marketing automation campaigns to support all stages of sales-marketing funnel.
• Audit operational and planned campaign plans to ensure market readiness and quality assurance
• Measure and report on the impact of marketing campaigns and make data driven recommendations.
• Manage contact segmentation lists and reporting according to compliance and stakeholder requirements.
• General HTML coding familiarity. Ability to update HTML email and landing page templates is a requirement.

IDS International is looking for two Financial Planning Counselors to support the Soldiers for Life – Transition Assistance Program (SFL TAP). This role is the SFL-TAP Center's principal provider of financial planning to transitioning Service Members and their family members. This role is located at Fort Dix in New Jersey and is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial planning workshops and individual financial counseling to meet the needs of transitioning Soldiers and Family Members prior to their transition from the Active Army or Reserve Components. Provide information on banking, debt management, health care, college saving plans, home ownership, budgeting, use of credit, insurance, investing, tax and estate planning, and other matters that impact the financial readiness of transitioning Soldiers/Families.
  • Conduct 4-6-hour financial planning workshops using existing curriculum to groups of approximately 50 Soldiers and Family Members in connection with mandatory SFL-TAP VOW/CRS activities which includes a budget. Coordinate use of classroom, set-up of classroom, and provision of training materials,
  • Regularly provide follow-up one-on-one financial counseling to clients who request assistance. During financial counseling, address the specific needs and interests of Soldiers and Family Members, including the evaluation of individual or family income and expenditures and recommendations for short- and long- term actions to achieve financial goals. Assist clients in managing complex financial issues, e.g., relocation, asset allocation, transition/retirement, eviction, garnishment, repossession, etc., and coordinate solutions with applicable military and civilian agencies.
  • Prepare monthly reports describing all financial planning activities and record the number of transitioning Soldiers and Family Members attending workshops and individual sessions. Participate in workgroups with other financial planners.
  • Assist CIM with delivering Commanders reports and notifying clients of eligibility to begin services while also notifying clients of missed requirements for VOW/CRS.
  • Other duties: complete all mandatory Government training; safeguard PII; file records according to ARIMS; upload information into iPERMS (after training received from the Government); participate in sustainment training events as offered. Participate in marketing activities and employment events as directed by the CIM.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or a combination of education and experiences amounting to 1,000 hours of experience in financial counseling which qualify the applicant for employment as a personal financial counselor. Applicants are REQUIRED to possess and maintain a nationally recognized and accredited Financial Counselor certification in accordance with DoDI 1342.22.
  • Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and successfully undergo a background investigation (National Agency Check).
  • A successful candidate will be able to manage client caseload, conducting group financial planning workshops and one-on-one financial counseling either face-to-face or virtually, generating training materials, maintains intensive problem solving skills, conducting individual budget preparation work, as well as the ability to schedule, coordinate, and set-up classroom including audio-visual requirements.
