We are looking for 2 flexible, highly motivated and friendly individual to join our busy Reception team at Little St Johns Surgery in Woodbridge.

Main duties of the job

Being able to multitask whilst under pressure and maintaining a professional manner at all times is essential. Experience of working in a GP Practice environment would be an advantage although not essential for the right candidate as full training will be provided.

KPI’s are measured on property valuations, arranging viewings, applicant registration and cross-selling any additional services. 

 

The role demands a highly self-motivated, ambitious, target-driven individual who is also self-managed, flexible and has an excellent telephone manner. You will be resilient with the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure with good organisational and time management skills. You will also be computer literate with excellent keyboard skills.

 

Your first weeks induction will be held in the Colchester area and we also reserve the right to request you attend the same area on a monthly basis for 121s and further development.
