Job Description

Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories Environmental is currently searching for a Sales Rep/Account Manager.

OVERALL OBJECTIVE:

High Energy, results-driven, front-line sales representative with a passion to win, responsible for implementation and execution of the commercial sales strategy that results in profitable growth of the Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories Environment testing business.  Manages sales pipeline and activities essential to sales growth within an assigned territory.  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for revenue growth for the local Eurofins Lancaster Labs territory. 
  • Work with sales leadership and marketing to establish action plans for prospecting and lead generation, acquiring new accounts, developing sales tactics, penetrating new lines of business and developing specific account strategies
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for verticals and assigned geographies
  • Provide reporting and activity management including CRM and other tools
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement

Qualifications

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate has:

  • Four year college degree from an accredited institution. (science field preferred)
  • Comprehensive sales experience in the environment testing or environmental consulting industries
  • Proven record for developing and implementing successful strategies that led to increased sales

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:

  • Accomplished professional who is able to work independently

  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Secondary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Identifying and cultivating new clientele for potential/future installation services and activities;
  • Researching client contact information and follow-up on sales leads, making cold calls on potential customers, and establishing a communication path with a potential customer;
  • Research market information to determine industry needs, and develop and maintain business contact data base for future leads and prospect information;
  • Developing and maintaining short- and long-range sale forecasts. Produce and submit regular reports and sales plans for NET100 Sr. Management approval;
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in project management, project leadership, and/or direct sales in the telecommunications industry, security systems, AV systems or related field;
  • Demonstrated competence in achieving corporate business, sales, and budgetary goals;
  • Experience in generating responses to RFPs and interpreting floor plans and project activity reports;
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a high degree of initiative, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to work under pressure while meeting all contract deadlines. Excellent organizational skills and multitasking skills required;
  • Ability to work independently; Excellent punctuality and reliability record, with willingness to work overtime, often on short notice;

Position Purpose:
Customer Service/Sales associates provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. These associates learn about products using our tools, and provide information to customers in order to sell an entire project. Associates in this position will learn how to greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments. Job Description

Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories Environmental is currently searching for a Sales Rep/Account Manager.

OVERALL OBJECTIVE:

High Energy, results-driven, front-line sales representative with a passion to win, responsible for implementation and execution of the commercial sales strategy that results in profitable growth of the Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories Environment testing business.  Manages sales pipeline and activities essential to sales growth within an assigned territory.  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for revenue growth for the local Eurofins Lancaster Labs territory. 
  • Work with sales leadership and marketing to establish action plans for prospecting and lead generation, acquiring new accounts, developing sales tactics, penetrating new lines of business and developing specific account strategies
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for verticals and assigned geographies
  • Provide reporting and activity management including CRM and other tools
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement

Qualifications

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate has:

  • Four year college degree from an accredited institution. (science field preferred)
  • Comprehensive sales experience in the environment testing or environmental consulting industries
  • Proven record for developing and implementing successful strategies that led to increased sales

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:

  • Accomplished professional who is able to work independently
  • Ability to develop and grow personal accounts
  • Ability to work in a fast growing, lean, entrepreneurial company. Self-starter, flexible, organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to quickly develop partner-client relationships with all levels of customers and prospects
  • Excellent presentation skills to a multitude of different audiences.

  • Computer Skills:
