Do you have experience within sales and want a new challenge? Perhaps you're looking to move into a field-based role and have a mix of B2B and B2C exposure?
Our Site Relations team take on the account management of our introducers once they've been brought into the Group by our Business Development team.
An excellent mix of both new business sales and account management, the role involves building relationships with these introducers, conducting regular visits to introducer sites across the UK (virtually where necessary) to meet and sign-up new clients (self-employed workers), providing a consultative sell to ensure every client's needs are considered and that, ultimately, we get as many clients joining the Group as possible.
Hosting workshops, presenting to groups of individuals, and keeping in regular contact with introducers to secure further opportunities to visit and sign-up their workers are all elements of the Client Relations Executive role.
Targeted on a mix of new business sign-ups, client retention, and product cross-selling, there are a number of commission opportunities within the role.
  • Arranging and attending site visits to improve sales conversions (virtually during lockdown)
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities for all IN-SYNC Group products
  • Working closely with the Business Development team to on-board new clients and ensure a seamless and smooth transition from new business to account management
  • Deal with incoming queries from introducers and clients, providing quick resolution, response or escalation as necessary, and liaising with internal departments as needed
  • Completing all necessary admin tasks daily to help ensure clients receive a quick and reliable service and other departments can achieve targets

Role Purpose

The Regional Digital Sales and Renewals Team Manager will look after the digital sales team and the renewals account manager for the UK region. Responsibilities
DSR

  • Managing, growing and coaching the DSR team to success
  • Helping them generate new qualified opportunities and pipeline for the Sales Team through an innovative outbound strategies 
  • Assisting in the development of Enterprise activities through tier 1 account mapping
  • Work with marketing to ensure alignment with campaigns and messaging and for feedback and enhancement of lead conversion metrics.
  • Working with the Sales Operations team to improve the reports and tooling (Salesforce and Tableau)
  • Establishing metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance through data insights

Renewals

  • Work with your two renewals managers to set out and work within a well structured process of renewing accounts. 
  • Liaise with Sales Directors giving them updates and insights into the renewal health and pipeline.
  • Proactively manage upcoming risks and big account renewals
  • Maintain good data processes and inputs for accurate insights for exec management
  • Establish metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance

 

Role requirements

  • Proven track record in building (hiring), training, and coaching business development teams
  • Track record of running and coaching sales teams
  • Software sales experience
  • Account management and or client relationship roles in the past
  • You have a strong understanding of our industry

The company are now looking for ambitious graduates to perform the Field Sales Executive role, with multiple positions open across different regions.
There is no lead generation involved in the role – you’ll be predominantly handling warm leads and interest, as well as cross selling to existing customers.
Field Sales Executive Package:

Field Sales Executive Role:
  • Obtain a thorough working knowledge of the company, its offering and typical client profile
  • Engage with and influence key decision makers on site
  • Present and demonstrate to prospective customers
  • Manage your assigned region, maintaining a ready knowledge of prospects and customers alike, keeping a disciplined schedule
  • Stay in regular contact and develop business relationships with all relevant clients and interested parties in the effort to up and cross sell products
Field Sales Executive:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Full driving licence
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ideally, you’ll have a proven track record with some selling experience (no matter how small!)

Do you have experience within sales and want a new challenge? Perhaps you're looking to move into a field-based role and have a mix of B2B and B2C exposure?

Our Site Relations team take on the account management of our introducers once they've been brought into the Group by our Business Development team.

An excellent mix of both new business sales and account management, the role involves building relationships with these introducers, conducting regular visits to introducer sites across the UK (virtually where necessary) to meet and sign-up new clients (self-employed workers), providing a consultative sell to ensure every client's needs are considered and that, ultimately, we get as many clients joining the Group as possible.

Hosting workshops, presenting to groups of individuals, and keeping in regular contact with introducers to secure further opportunities to visit and sign-up their workers are all elements of the Client Relations Executive role.

Targeted on a mix of new business sign-ups, client retention, and product cross-selling, there are a number of commission opportunities within the role.
  • Arranging and attending site visits to improve sales conversions (virtually during lockdown)
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities for all IN-SYNC Group products
  • Working closely with the Business Development team to on-board new clients and ensure a seamless and smooth transition from new business to account management
  • Deal with incoming queries from introducers and clients, providing quick resolution, response or escalation as necessary, and liaising with internal departments as needed
  • Completing all necessary admin tasks daily to help ensure clients receive a quick and reliable service and other departments can achieve targets

Additional Information


We're currently working remotely; however long-term this role will be field/ office based. All applications will require the right to work in the UK; we don't currently hold a license to provide work sponsorship.

Essential Skills

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have some prior sales experience, giving you an awareness of the sales process and lifecycle, in addition to:
  • A clear track record in exceeding targets
  • The ability to take complex information and explain it clearly and simply to others
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, by phone, body language, presenting)
  • Confidence in public speaking / addressing groups of individuals
  • Demonstrable drive and determination to succeed
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and manage your own time effectively
  • A full UK driving licence with your own car
