We are looking for a motivated and creative people-person and trainer who is always open to making improvements, organized, great at prioritizing, and has excellent communication skills. While this respectable and tech-savvy influencer is competitive and resourceful, he/she is also a team player who would be described as nice and friendly by employees and customers alike. RESPONSIBILITIES 

The job responsibilities of this Division Sales Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct Ride-alongs 4 days a week
  • Manage, motivate, mentor, and coach the technicians based on their strengths and vulnerabilities
  • Conduct effective one-on-one meetings 
  • Conduct weekly team (Level 10) meetings
  • Hit daily revenue goals and targets, and manage departmental budgets
  • Set goals and KPI’s for the team and develop performance improvement plans 
  • Participate in Daily Huddle with Operations Team
  • Facilitate sales-technique training and cross-training 
  • Coordinate technical training for technicians with vendors
  • Cascade information and uphold core values, ensuring alignment with and reinforcing company culture  
  • Coordinate with dispatch and review calls 
  • Resolve customer and employee issues 
  • Facilitate constant communication with employees and customers in person, via email and phone calls 

QUALIFICATIONS 

Required

  • Minimum of 3 years’ sales management experience 
  • Sales training experience
  • Customer Service experience 
  • Proven success training and developing people 
  • High School Diploma  

 

Preferred

  • Management experience in the in-home service industry 
  • 2-year degree  
  • Trade knowledge in either HVAC, Electrical, and/or Construction 

 

Desired

  • 4-year degree

Salary range: $80K - $115K, plus bonuses

Responsibilities

  • Service and support salons, developing long-term relationships and working with owners, managers and stylists
  • Show and place exciting new products and promotions
  • Support sales through education, promotional events and merchandising
  • Work with Customer Service Reps in researching problems with salon order
  • Enter customer orders

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year previous B2B sales experience
  • Cosmetology license or beauty background very beneficial
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation as position requires considerable amount of driving
  • This position requires significant local travel to current and potential clients. It also requires attendance at conventions, shows, educational classes and other special events that may require overnight travel and/or some weekends.

  • Computer literate, preferably Windows-based programs for laptop order entry, email, Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Other Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Additional travel required for conventions, shows and other special events
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Highly organized

RESPONSIBILITIES 

The job responsibilities of this Division Sales Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct Ride-alongs 4 days a week
  • Manage, motivate, mentor, and coach the technicians based on their strengths and vulnerabilities
  • Conduct effective one-on-one meetings 
  • Conduct weekly team (Level 10) meetings
  • Hit daily revenue goals and targets, and manage departmental budgets
  • Set goals and KPI’s for the team and develop performance improvement plans 
  • Participate in Daily Huddle with Operations Team
  • Facilitate sales-technique training and cross-training 
  • Coordinate technical training for technicians with vendors
  • Cascade information and uphold core values, ensuring alignment with and reinforcing company culture  
  • Coordinate with dispatch and review calls 
  • Resolve customer and employee issues 
  • Facilitate constant communication with employees and customers in person, via email and phone calls 

QUALIFICATIONS 

Required

  • Minimum of 3 years’ sales management experience 
  • Sales training experience
  • Customer Service experience 
  • Proven success training and developing people 
  • High School Diploma  

 

Preferred

  • Management experience in the in-home service industry 
  • 2-year degree  
  • Trade knowledge in either HVAC, Electrical, and/or Construction 

 

Desired

  • 4-year degree

Salary range: $80K - $115K, plus bonuses
