JOB PURPOSE
The Fishawack Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for supporting account team(s) to deliver projects for assigned accounts through proactive project management. Projects should be delivered to budget, schedule, agreed specification, meeting Fishawack KPIs whilst achieving client objectives and surpassing their expectations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibility of a Senior Project Manager is, whilst working with a high degree of self-sufficiency on more complex projects, to manage all aspects of assigned accounts from a project management and financial perspective ensuring successful planning, management, execution and outcome. The range of tasks which a senior project manager may be asked to do includes but is not limited to budget development and reconciliation, updating eSource, timeline development, providing financial information, invoicing, tracking and phasing projects, traffic management, updating status sheets, participating and where necessary, leading client status calls.
As part of this role, the Senior Project Manager should be able to independently manage projects and accounts while further developing their experience by working on complex projects and accounts across different pharmaceutical companies.
The Senior Project Manager role is client facing and serves as a contact for clients and other agencies, including logistics agencies, audiovisual technicians, etc. The Senior Project Manager actively drives timelines and acts as an internal information hub for the account. They should lead internal status meetings and client status calls and regularly communicate with and update other team members whilst flagging any concerns in a timely manner.
Senior Project Managers should communicate confidently on core tasks, have strong financial management skills and a comprehensive understanding of project management processes and eSource functionality. Commensurate with their experience, they may mentor project coordinators or project managers, but this is not a prerequisite.
They should be able to demonstrate effective working relationships with Client Service and Editorial leads and, if required, shared services to meet team objectives and support the team by liaising with internal stakeholders to prioritize workload, participating in team meetings and brainstorms, providing project feedback and input into action plans as required. Senior Project Managers may also be required to provide support for new business proposals.
Achievement of chargeable hours target is a standard Fishawack requirement.

We have an immediate need for a Field Superintendent /Field PM. This position requires a minimum of 7-10 years experience in the Philadelphia (DE, NJ PA area) commercial construction market.
This position is NOT assignment based! This is a full-time position with a stable and busy firm. Axis Construction Management, LLC. has been in business for over 18 years and have created an impressive resume of projects ranging from Medical to multifamily residential.
Responsibilities:
-Manage commercial construction projects
-Ensure compliance with contract documents and that the production team has been properly oriented prior to any work -Make inspections as necessary to minimize downtime and noncompliance
-Negotiate with subcontractors and vendors to insure best value for the project and company
-Attend key production meetings
-Insure accurate communications with office, design team and production
-Maintain Budget and Schedule systems reporting to the Senior Project Manager
-Produce detailed critical path schedules that are in compliance with project requirements
