Our client is looking for an Estimator (Sheet Metal)

 

Our Client offers turn-key comprehensive manufacturing solutions. Including process engineering, precision machining, metal fabrication, aluminum extrusion, finishing, assembly, packaging, and shipping.

 

Responsibilities:

· Candidate will review information provided by customer and determining if the job can be fabricated based on our manufacturing capabilities.

· Contacting customers to procure additional information is often required.

· Estimating process includes developing a detailed, pre-planned job estimate, determining sequences, operations, setup time requirements and cycle time requirements, and entering these into MieTRAK, our business management system.

· Obtaining and attaching raw material and outside processing quotes into the system and adding notes and comments to aid in manufacturing.

Qualifications:

· Sheet metal estimator who must possess full knowledge of metal fabrication techniques, have strong mathematical skills

· Minimum of 3 years-experience with SolidWorks.

· Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required.

· Experience with MieTRAK a plus.
