• Lead and implement supplier controls assessment and remediation.
• Nonconformance/deviation investigation, corrective action and preventive action.
• Oversee line qualification, product transfer and transition onsite.

• 7+ years' experience conducting end to end assessments and remediation in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industries.
• Expertise in implementing production controls at supplier facilities. 
• Root cause analysis and implementation as well as proven ability to identify and close gaps. 
• Ability to determine quality and production issues related to chemical mass production.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Monday to Friday 3 Shift (Mornings, Afternoons, Nights)

£40k package. £35k plus £5k (Call me, I’ll explain)

The team is great and very supportive but as the site is so big and there’s generally 2 of you on shift you’ll need to be comfortable working on your own.

We have a variety of machines, some new some old so you’ll need to be happy on both. This role is 70% firefighting and breakdowns and 30% PPMS. We’re looking to flip this and be more proactive going forward.

We had a stable 2020 and have plans to maintain and grow our business, it’s a big ship.

We offer some overtime, it isn’t compulsory, but it isn’t unlimited. This is a great long term move for the right person.

You will be working within an established team at a dynamic company specialising in the print/mail arena. The roll will involve focusing on meeting ever-changing production demands by providing maintenance and breakdown support, monitoring stock control of spare parts and the ordering of critical spare parts when necessary. Working Hours: 3 Shift Rotation 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am (Sunday Night Start)

What you'll be doing:

•Support various enclosing machines, including but not limited to CMC JWR30K Continuous Enclosing machines, BOWE Fusion Continuous and Sheet Fed machines and NEOPOST 200, 1200 and Full format Sheet Fed enclosing machines
•To maintain/repair specified machines
•Complete consumables stock and reorder of used parts for the machines
•Maintain machinery to required Housekeeping standard
•Ensure enclosing and integrity quality standards are achieved and maintained on the machines
•Adhere to company processes and production methods.

What we're looking for:

•Successful, proven track record within a continuous production environment or similar
•Good verbal and communication skills
•PC Literacy is preferable
•A willingness to learn new skills for both experienced and trainee roles flexible in outlook
•An ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment
•An ability to follow verbal and written instructions
•A willingness to work overtime as and when required
