We are looking for a Steward to assist in the set-up, operation and cleanup of the interior and exterior of the restaurant; washes, stores and stocks all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant. A Steward will correctly clean and maintain the dishwashing machine. Keeps dish machine area clean and sanitary.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Demand for Excellence

• Reports to work on time and is on the dishwashing station as indicated on the weekly work schedule. Uniform meets restaurant requirements and is maintained clean. Practices positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts.

• Assists all restaurant personnel in storing food. equipment, supply, smallwares and other stock items received in the restaurant.


Passion for Hospitality

• Assists front and back of the house personnel in "spot" cleaning floors, carpeting, walls and other furnishings in order to maintain a safe and pleasing environment for our employees and guests.

• Removes trash from the dish room and kitchen and places in dumpster regularly throughout the shift. Cleans and sanitizes trash cans and keeps clean liners in cans at all times.

• Checks, removes and replaces full linen bags regularly throughout the shift.


Hungry to Grow

• Washes, stores and stocks all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment to ensure sufficient quantities are on hand to meet the needs of the business.

• Checks dish machine to be sure it is operating correctly and immediately reports any defects to a member of the management team.

• Checks, on a frequent basis, the water temperature of the dish machine during dishwashing operation to ensure correct temperature.


Unwavering Commitment

• Cleans and performs routine maintenance to the exterior of the building according to the housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance schedule established by the Kitchen and other managers.

• Accomplishes all job duties while adhering to all safety guidelines and practices throughout the shift. Immediately reports any unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, accidents and/or injuries to the Chef or Manager On Duty.

• Maintains the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation for work area to include counter tops, refrigeration units, floors, walls and shelving.


Desire to Win

• Cleans front of the house areas, as assigned. These areas include but are not limited to, floors, bar floors/mats, windows, trashcans and restrooms, prior to opening of the restaurant.

• Correctly completes all station closing duties at the end of each shift. Assists Kitchen Manager and other kitchen personnel in accomplishing closing duties and kitchen cleanliness.

• Sets up and breaks down dish machine, including arms, screens, and baskets on a daily basis. Cleans and polishes machine thoroughly.


Requirements & Physical Demands:

• Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to four hours in length.

• Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors and fellow employees.

• Subject to wet floors, temperature extremes, smoke, dust and loud noise.

• Must be able to constantly bend, stoop, lift and carry dish racks, trashcans, linen bags and other items weighing up to 75 pounds.

What You'll Do

Reports To: Steward Supervisor, Sous Chef

Profile: The Kitchen Steward position provides the support and backbone necessary to make the kitchen run smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis. While the position's primary focus is cleaning serving ware, glass, flatware, pots and pans, also it is important that the position removes and organizes trash and recycling, and cleans the kitchen floors, shelving and equipment.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Reports to work on time and ready to work scheduled shift.
  • Breaks machine down properly in order to thoroughly clean all parts.
  • Changes water in machine and cleans all debris baskets once an hour.
  • Keeps all chemicals full during service so machines are cleaning properly.
  • Informs supervisors if low on soap products (solid power, solid brilliance, silver fusion).
  • For the three-compartment sink keeps the wash, rinse and sanitizer tank water fresh, changing at least once an hour.
  • Makes sure there are sanitizer test strips present.
  • Keeps shelf above the sinks organized and dry.
  • Takes out trash and recycling at specified times or when needed during service.
  • Makes sure hand sinks are stocked with soap and hand towels throughout the work day.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of both dish stations.
  • Maintains an organized soil table so there is a proper landing spot for all dirty items.
  • Keeps all soaking basins clean and fresh.
  • Stores and organizes BOH space daily.
  • Stores and organizes non-F&B orders.
  • Removes boxes from receiving area and maintains slop sink in the back of the kitchen.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of glass rack storage area.
  • Performs all opening and closing duties as outlined by supervisors.

The Senior Program Delivery Professional leads IHWA interoperability initiatives enabling the appropriate sharing and timely access of our data for driving operational decisions. Responsibilities
The Senior Program Delivery Professional serves as the data steward for the IHWA team, partnering with our IHWA partners, Data Governance, Digital Health and Analytics, Clinical Product, Clinical Health Strategies and IT to create the metadata, support classification and certification per HIPAA standards, and ensure proper approvals are in place for storing IHWA data within the enterprise data platform to support sharing with our internal and external partners as appropriate. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Managing and prioritizing the pipeline of interoperability requests
+ Managing prioritized interoperability projects end-to-end, from identifying the data needs to implementation and testing as appropriate
+ Developing high quality analysis clearly framing interoperability objectives, issues/challenges, and articulate compelling, insightful findings, conclusions, and recommendations
+ Working collaboratively with fellow team members and leaders across the company
+ Drive resolution of data, information and processing challenges as identified by Data Governance
+ Continually assess opportunities for data quality improvement, while identifying issues, root causes and remedies.

What you will do

Sell additional products and services to existing accounts that continue to present new sales opportunities. Sell add-ons, amend, and convert existing customer systems to meet the customers' expectations.  Renew existing customer agreements. Responsible for resale opportunities within an assigned territory Identify prospects utilizing creative lead-generating techniques and maintain productive working relationships with existing customers.  Independently establish call plans and customer follow-up strategies and tactics, and consistently apply time and territory management techniques.  Follow up with prospects.  Maintain an in-depth knowledge of complete line of products/services and customers' issues and needs through in-house training and reading/research.  Obtain referrals and work with Centers of Influence.  Process work order and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures.  Conduct post installation follow-up by contacting customer, ensuring commitments were met and affirming customer satisfaction once the customer has been in service.

• Accomplishes all job duties while adhering to all safety guidelines and practices throughout the shift. Immediately reports any unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, accidents and/or injuries to the Chef or Manager On Duty.

• Maintains the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation for work area to include counter tops, refrigeration units, floors, walls and shelving.

• Cleans front of the house areas, as assigned. These areas include but are not limited to, floors, bar floors/mats, windows, trashcans and restrooms, prior to opening of the restaurant.

• Correctly completes all station closing duties at the end of each shift. Assists Kitchen Manager and other kitchen personnel in accomplishing closing duties and kitchen cleanliness.

• Sets up and breaks down dish machine, including arms, screens, and baskets on a daily basis. Cleans and polishes machine thoroughly.




Requirements & Physical Demands:


• Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to four hours in length.

• Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors and fellow employees.

• Subject to wet floors, temperature extremes, smoke, dust and loud noise.

• Must be able to constantly bend, stoop, lift and carry dish racks, trashcans, linen bags and other items weighing up to 75 pounds.
