We are looking for a Steward to assist in the set-up, operation and cleanup of the interior and exterior of the restaurant; washes, stores and stocks all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant. A Steward will correctly clean and maintain the dishwashing machine. Keeps dish machine area clean and sanitary.

• Assists all restaurant personnel in storing food. equipment, supply, smallwares and other stock items received in the restaurant.

• Assists front and back of the house personnel in "spot" cleaning floors, carpeting, walls and other furnishings in order to maintain a safe and pleasing environment for our employees and guests.
• Removes trash from the dish room and kitchen and places in dumpster regularly throughout the shift. Cleans and sanitizes trash cans and keeps clean liners in cans at all times.
• Checks, removes and replaces full linen bags regularly throughout the shift.

• Washes, stores and stocks all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment to ensure sufficient quantities are on hand to meet the needs of the business.
• Checks dish machine to be sure it is operating correctly and immediately reports any defects to a member of the management team.
• Checks, on a frequent basis, the water temperature of the dish machine during dishwashing operation to ensure correct temperature.

• Cleans and performs routine maintenance to the exterior of the building according to the housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance schedule established by the Kitchen and other managers.
• Accomplishes all job duties while adhering to all safety guidelines and practices throughout the shift. Immediately reports any unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, accidents and/or injuries to the Chef or Manager On Duty.
• Maintains the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation for work area to include counter tops, refrigeration units, floors, walls and shelving.

• Cleans front of the house areas, as assigned. These areas include but are not limited to, floors, bar floors/mats, windows, trashcans and restrooms, prior to opening of the restaurant.
• Correctly completes all station closing duties at the end of each shift. Assists Kitchen Manager and other kitchen personnel in accomplishing closing duties and kitchen cleanliness.
• Sets up and breaks down dish machine, including arms, screens, and baskets on a daily basis. Cleans and polishes machine thoroughly.
• Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to four hours in length.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors and fellow employees.
• Subject to wet floors, temperature extremes, smoke, dust and loud noise.
• Must be able to constantly bend, stoop, lift and carry dish racks, trashcans, linen bags and other items weighing up to 75 pounds.

What you will do
The Commercial Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling Tyco Integrated Security services and technology within an assigned territory, leveraging relationships, closing new business for Tyco Integrated Security and ensuring customer retention. This person is the Tyco Integrated Security "brand steward", charged with telling the Tyco Integrated Security story and clearly demonstrating that Tyco Integrated Security is the leading electronic security provider. The Commercial Account Executive is responsible for securing profitable sales and upgrades to new, existing and discontinued Tyco Integrated Security Commercial customers while maximizing customer satisfaction and retention by initiating post installation follow-ups. This rep will also have a commanding knowledge of our product line, as well as that of our services.
How you will do it
Adhere to current Tyco Integrated Security policies, procedures, products, programs and services.
Create new market share by selling Tyco Integrated Security products and services to new local commercial customers. Sell additional products and services to existing accounts that continue to present new sales opportunities. Sell add-ons, amend, and convert existing customer systems to meet the customers' expectations. Renew existing customer agreements. Responsible for resale opportunities within an assigned territory Identify prospects utilizing creative lead-generating techniques and maintain productive working relationships with existing customers. Independently establish call plans and customer follow-up strategies and tactics, and consistently apply time and territory management techniques. Follow up with prospects. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of complete line of products/services and customers' issues and needs through in-house training and reading/research. Obtain referrals and work with Centers of Influence. Process work order and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures. Conduct post installation follow-up by contacting customer, ensuring commitments were met and affirming customer satisfaction once the customer has been in service.
