Instructor. The instructor is responsible for the planning, creation, and execution of classroom curriculum provided to
CTL|SystemWare
clients at all levels of competence. This includes supporting basic, intermediate, and advanced application of all products in the
CTL|SystemWare
portfolio.

The
instructor
is responsible for the
effective utilization
of training systems, content, and support materials
as part of
the training department.
They are
responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with
CTL|SystemWare
clients, partners, and employees to facilitate recurring training.

Individuals best suited for the instructor role are highly energetic and passionate about designing, developing, and delivering new training programs and initiatives for the business. The incumbent conducts new requirement analysis through engagement with clients, client account managers and business leadership to identify gaps and provide effective solutions for curriculum-based classes and inform product solutions.
U.S. Citizenship required. Successful candidates must be willing and able to obtain a security clearance and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

• Craft course materials including
  product integrated basic
  system
  operations materials,
  basic intermediate, and advanced classroom instruction involving presentations, examinations, and practical exercises.
  
• Ensure
  training environment supports student needs and
  is conducive to
  learning
  
• Develop and maintain professional relationship with
  CTL|SystemWare
  clients and
  partners; leverage these relationships to identify and respond to
  participants
  challenges and issues, including refine course curriculum to address identified needs.
  
• Identify,
  document, and
  report product improvements, new requirements, and opportunities that arise from training interactions.
  
• Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes
  

• Actively refine and create new courses and curriculum
  based on emerging technologies or TTPs
  
• Continually strive to improve their
  own
  technical and presentation skills
  
• Contribute to continuous curriculum improvement initiatives for courses under scope of influence
  
• Maintain technical proficiency in
  all products in the
  CTL|SystemWare
  portfolio
  as well as related hardware and software products
  
• Maintain
  competence
  configuring
  all products in the
  CTL|SystemWare
  portfolio
  in line
  with course
  curriculum and standards
  

• Support
  client
  account
  managers with customer support and product demonstrations as needed
  
• Provide exercise support or on-site training
  events at the customer’s request.
  
• Conduct online webinars, familiarization events, and
  remote training, and adapt in-person instruction to meet virtual needs.
  
• Be able to travel to customer locations for extended periods of time to provide training, exercise support, field evaluations, and other
  non-traditional
  training environments globally.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Complete knowledge of company products, systems, applications and current operating systems
  and a keen understanding of how they are
  employed
  
• 10
  or more
  years related experience, with at least
  three years
  demonstrating an
  understanding of hardware
  and software
  for related systems and/or applications.
  Individual
  experience should be directly related
  to
  signals analysis, SIGINT, TSCM, and/or electronic warfare (EW).
  Preference will be given to applicants with operational experience employing and/or integrating
  technologies and capabilities into military
  and intelligence
  operations.
  
• Experience teaching technical material in a classroom as well as conference
  or remote web
  settings.

JOB SUMMARY:

INSCOM, an Army Direct Reporting Unit (DRU), executes mission command of operational intelligence forces; conducts worldwide multidiscipline and all-source intelligence operations; delivers advanced skills training, linguist support, specialized quick reaction capabilities, and intelligence-related logistics, contracting, and communications in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the National Intelligence Community.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop scripted HUMINT scenario environments with the flexibility to increase in complexity via Commander Input to include Category II MSO collective environment creation and HUMINT soured role‐playing, when applicable.

Develop HUMINT instruction and scenario environment centered on all policies, procedures, and applicable laws governing U.S. Army HUMINT Operations. Conduct instruction using operational data on networks, workstations, and DCGS‐A.

Qualifications:

·        A minimum 6 years of operational experience as an Army MOS 35M with a minimum of two years duty as a HUMINT instructor.

·        Demonstrated ability to realistically role‐play as both a source and a walk‐in.

·        At least one year of experience with Army exercise scenario development utilizing the Intelligence Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Training (IEWTPT), Training Brain Operations Center (TBOC) simulator, the Digital SIGINT Training System (DSTS) exercise simulator, or other service equivalent.  

Education Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Certified ASOC, SOC, AMSOC, SOT 2‐3, or FTC graduate.

·        Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent.

·        Experience as an Observer/Controller in one of the 3 Army Joint training centers
