Requirements

• DOT Safety Regulated Position, Regulated Driver Class A
• Safety Sensitive Position
• Regulated Driver:
• Minimum 22 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
• 12 months' experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to:
• Follow written and/or oral instructions
• Read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
• Important Note: Additional requirements may be required in different locations and/or accounts

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs
• Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
• Performs other duties as assigned

Regional Liquid Tanker - Home Weekends

Job Pay: $1,800 per week

When you drive for Venezia, you won’t be limited in resources or routes. We have over 53 years in the business, 500 Drivers and 16 different locations. We know that treating our drivers with honesty, respect, while providing consistent and reliable pay translates into excellent service to our customers. 

Current Drivers Avg $1500-$1800 a week

Weekend home time

$3000 SIGN ON BONUS

Job Requirements

• Current Class A CDL
• 1 year tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years
• Tanker Endorsement
• Hazmat Required or Willing to Obtain within 60 days (we reimburse)
• Current Hazmat within 60 days for Backhaul Purposes/TWIC
• No DUI in the last 5 years
• No Careless driving in the last 3 years
• No Reckless driving in the last 5 years

Job Description:

• This is a Regional Liquid Tanker Haul
• All Miles Practical Pay - Start at $0.54 CPM
• Higher Rates for Prior Tanker Experience
• Each Stop Paid (Loading and Unloading)
• Run Regionally Home on Weekends
