AIL provides supplemental insurance programs to members of affinity groups such as Labor Unions, Credit Unions, Associations, School Districts, and Community Organizations. AIL has two field sales divisions: Insurance Sales and Public Relations Sales. We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our growing Public Relations Sales Team.
Although this is a sales position, you will not be selling a product. Rather, you will be selling the company’s brand and marketing programs. Our PR Marketing Specialists cultivate, maintain and foster professional relationships through in-person marketing to various affinity groups. Our unique approach to building relationships includes leveraging a variety of “no cost” programs to enhance value to affinity groups and their membership.
This is a full-time position with a base salary, benefits, and unlimited bonus potential. Your performance determines both your income level and overall success.

What You'll Do
You'll be part of our Engineering team, working on business critical applications with real customers around the world. You'll be part of a team of Software Engineers, focused on delivering for our customers, helping solve problems and supporting the growth and development of your colleagues.
You'll take ownership of your work and you'll be a catalyst within the engineering team for cleaner code, better tests, more scalable solutions.
