We are currently seeking a talented and energetic manager to join our team as the IT Manager over Identity & Access Management (IAM). This position is responsible for timely management and escalation of the provisioning process, constantly seeking ways to increase efficiency in the provisioning process and making improvements in the IAM infrastructure for the organization. This position is primarily responsible for:

  • Manage the IAM staff by recruiting, training, coaching, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
  • Manage all systems for which the IAM team is responsible
  • Manage Active Directory (AD) security as it relates to user access and provisioning

Qualifications

Education, Training and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience within the IAM function
  • Significant experience managing AD security as it relates to user access and provisioning
  • Bachelors’ degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Recognized security industry certifications preferred (CISSP, CAP, etc.)

Knowledge, Abilities & Skills:

  • Proven ability to manage key stakeholders while managing competing priorities
  • Strong leadership skills including conflict/issue resolution
  • Ability to work effectively with project resources across multiple departments
  • Proactive, decisive, action-oriented individual
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including with Executive audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, collaboration, and negotiation skills
  • Able to clearly explain technical issues in a way that nontechnical people can understand
  • Ability to be broadly focused and manage multiple efforts concurrently

The qualified individual will be responsible for designing and developing new web applications for internal and external client use. 


Compensation

Responsibilities



• Interface with users and business units to develop software solutions
• Coordinate and lead a small team of developers to maintain and develop custom software solutions to meet company needs
• Participate in Agile methodology to interact with teams for programming specification clarification and detail
• Manage and adhere to the company development standards throughout the SDLC.
• Architect and assist in coding applications
• Delegate and prioritize tasks across team to ensure proper workflow
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Provide application testing
• Write technical documentation

Desired Experience



• Minimum 5+ years of web development experience in an enterprise environment
