What you'll do...
The Sr. Database Marketing Manager drives the data strategy, audience definition and customer segmentation for omni-channel integrated marketing campaigns across H&R Block's products, services and client experience journeys. This role manages the automation and ensures flawless execution of marketing campaigns using an ever-expanding CRM platform. Works directly for the Director of Data Strategy and Marketing Platforms and with CRM Director, Channel Owners, and Product Owners across all lines of business to aid the development data-led marketing strategies that drive year over year improvement in customer engagement, satisfaction, incremental retention, new client acquisition, growth in lifetime value and improved return on marketing investment.
Works closely with IT in a continuous integration/continuous delivery dev-ops environment to improve data usage, marketing capabilities and find creative ways of leveraging 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party client signals to improve marketing performance, client journey experiences, and drive client conversion. Helps define new data and platform requirements to accelerate the advancement of marketing's capabilities as part of a corporate-wide digital-first client experience transformation. Is a thought leader in leveraging client-centric data to enable personalize 1-to-1 marketing communications (Email, Direct Mail, Calling, Text, Push, Interactive, Web, etc.). Advances team understanding of industry best practice in interactive and direct-to-consumer marketing channels. A critical member of cross-functional teams with the ability to influence decisions at all levels of the organization.
Expertise in marketing analytics and statistical measurement of marketing programs. Analysis, insights, and recommendations will impact changes in campaign strategy and improved marketing effectiveness.

IT Developer/ Report Specialist
The I.T. Department at Universal Engraving Inc is actively engaged in the search for a candidate to hire that has the necessary skills for supporting our internal development needs. The position reports to the IT Director and takes project architecture requirements from the Director. The candidate is expected to be a 5+ year experienced programmer using various languages to create standalone or web based dynamic content applications. This person will be interacting with representatives of Accounting, Customer Service, Sales and Production as needed to gather requirements, participate in testing and training. The Position will be responsible for the production of adhoc and monthly reporting. The position will also have cross over duties to help support the Systems Administrator and the ERP Specialist as needed. This includes training of new and current employees, Tier-1 support and administrative tasks.
The candidate will possess the following skills:
Work Experience:
Proficient in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, ASP, CSS, .Net, C#.
Proficient in Python, PHP, Azure, AWS, Linux, Mac a plus.
Microsoft SQL Experience: SQL Queries, T-SQL, Stored procedures, SSRS.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) experience required.
Microsoft Access experience is a plus.
Crystal Reports experience is a plus.
Experience with web based portals is a plus.
Experience with any ERP system is a plus.
Experience in a high volume manufacturing environment a plus.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or IT related degree, please submit copy of diploma along with resume.
Copies of any additional certificates (MCTS, MCITP etc) to be presented along with resume.
Additional requirements:
Must work flexible hours to accommodate the production schedules of a fast paced 24-hour facility.
Must support other areas of the IT Department as needed.
Must be able to individually lift heavy objects (50 lbs) for equipment maintenance and inventory control for the IT Department.
Must be able to climb a ladder for pulling cable when needed and always be wearing the appropriate attire to do so.
Advanced skills in oral and written communications. And be comfortable in communicating to employees from production staff as well as to Executive management.
Performs other duties as needed when directed.
Must be a good team member, but able to work independently.
Must be willing to sign Non-Disclosure-Agreement pertinent to the industry and job position.
