About the role:  

Our team is looking for a Project Manager who is a motivated, creative individual who will act as a single point of contact throughout projects for our clients. The Project Manager will liaison between the development team, creative team, and external customers, facilitating communication as necessary to drive projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in project delivery of complex projects in the graphic design, web development and / or app development space.

This individual will work as part of the highly collaborative, cross-functional, agile development team. The candidate will be responsible for managing projects leveraging a number of tools including but not limited to Google Apps, Slack, Harvest, Jira, and Asana. The ideal candidate will understand that the Project Manager is responsible and accountable for the success of each project. In this role, you will develop long-lasting customer relationships that encourage retention and growth. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage around 8-12 active accounts with the goal of increasing account footprint through monthly recurring revenue and delivery 

  • Track and roll up crucial information that allows the leadership to understand the health of the project

  • Plans, organizes, monitors, and controls projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure the project team adheres to project requirements
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility 
  • Develop and maintain a project plan, which outlines a project's tasks, milestone dates, status, costs, and allocation of resources to stakeholders and other interested parties. 
  • Establishes and leads internal and external meetings and assigned team members
  • Anticipate problems and find resolutions before that problem can derail a major milestone or deliverable
  • Monitor scope creep and converts into billable change request when possible
  • Work closely with Dev Coverage Team Planner to ensure team has the proper skill alignment with assigned team members
  • Ensures client expectations are met/exceeded
  • Conducts lessons learned with project team at the close of each project

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • 7 yrs + of experience as a project manager managing complex projects in the creative, design, web, product, and/or application spaces
  • Must have creative / web agency experience, application experience, and /or product experience
  • Experience managing client-facing projects with a focus on software development projects 
  • Excellent organizational skills including ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Passion for superb customer experience   
  • Have a strong sense of ownership for the result of the work she/he does.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Business Administration, Computer Science, or other related fields

POSITION SUMMARY:

About the role:  

Our team is looking for a Project Manager who is a motivated, creative individual who will act as a single point of contact throughout projects for our clients. The Project Manager will liaison between the development team, creative team, and external customers, facilitating communication as necessary to drive projects from conception to completion.
